Guy van der Westhuizen
Guy established Ivy Lettings in June 2009 following a career in the City, working first as a finance lawyer at London law firm Linklaters then at US investment bank Morgan Stanley. He moved into real estate purely by chance after his efforts to short let his own apartment revealed that no London lettings agency executed these lettings well. He has hugely enjoyed growing Ivy Lettings and his current day-to-day job is managing his talented team (see below) and ensuring Ivy strives to deliver impeccable service to both its tenants and property owners.
Alexa Byrne
Having worked with her family-run residential lettings business for four years, Alexa brings to Ivy Lettings a wealth of experience in property management and development. Graduating from Manchester University with first class honours, Alexa pursued a career in marketing and PR with various consumer lifestyle companies, specializing in brand awareness and broadening client bases. She joined Ivy Lettings in early 2010 and has been integral to its growth since, focusing on customer services, branding, marketing and development.
Emma Pankhurst
Emma joined Ivy in early 2012 following careers in marketing at Savills and the online financial services start up, Borro. Thus the dynamic world of Ivy Lettings merges her joint interests in property and entrepreneurship. Born in London and a History of Art graduate, she has a passion for and vast knowledge of the city, its art galleries and historic attractions.
Tom Walter
Tom moved to London and took up his position at Ivy Lettings at the start of 2013, enjoying the excitement of moving to the city and a starting new job all at same time. Having graduated in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Exeter in 2011, Tom spent the following year working and travelling widely in South America to add to his growing list of travel experiences. Enjoying challenges and new, diverse environments, Tom hopes that being part of the Ivy Lettings team will allow him to develop his skills and explore everything London has to offer.
Alyce Gibson
Originally from New Zealand, Alyce joined Ivy in early 2013 after moving to London over three years ago to live, work and explore the world beyond the Pacific Ocean. Having worked as an au pair for two years and graduated with a Masters in Journalism from the University of Westminster in 2012, she brings her unwavering patience and writing skills to the Ivy Lettings team.
Natalie Rimmer
Natalie joined Ivy in summer 2013 following a role as a PR Executive at an international public relations and communications agency. Having worked in Sydney and New York as well as travelling extensively, Natalie is now keen to ensure that visitors to London experience the capital at its best. She read History at Durham University and enjoys spending time in London’s art galleries and museums.
