“I have been renting out my flat through Ivy Lettings for the last 2 years. It is the most fantastic service that has allowed me to give up on full time work and get paid to travel. Of the 15 or so tenants I have had in my flat, I have not had a single major problem. Ivy Lettings also makes the whole process very straightforward. If I don't have time to provide all the linen, Ivy Lettings will do it for me. Their cleaners do a great job before and after each let so whenever I arrive back home after a holiday my flat is sparklingly clean, the beds newly made up and there is very little evidence that people have been living in it at all. At first I was a little worried about leaving my house open for anyone to live in, but the Ivy Lettings Team seem to do a good job of vetting tenants.
