It is felicitously situated within easy reach of Parson’s Green tube station, and many bus options, as well as within walking distance from multiple restaurants, bars and parks.

Living & Eating
What’s better than a large living room? Two large living rooms! This property has everything to cater for your every idle moment – from a warming cup of tea with friends to a soothing post-prandial snooze with the papers  -thanks to its fabulous double act of convivial spaces: a large and luminous open-plan kitchen introduces a stunning conservatory with a dining area to seat six, and is complemented by a luxurious counterpart - a separate double lounge, tastefully decorated and expertly furnished. So come right in, and allow this little piece of green and pleasant England to be as manna to the hungry soul. When spiritually sated, enjoy the option of satisfying your physical hunger by whipping up a tasty meal in the perfectly equipped kitchen, or discovering any of the many and exciting restaurants and bars that are on your doorstep. Bedrooms & Bathrooms
London’s bright lights burn all night long, and we would argue that New York isn’t the only city that never sleeps. However, this wonderful family home is so amply furnished with such luxurious bedrooms as dreams are made on that you won’t be able to resist the lures of Morpheus during your stay...

With a WC located on the ground floor, a most desirable king (5ft) bed warmly welcomes you into the master bedroom; further grace is added by a large bay window, coupled with two smaller twin casements which overlook a quiet street, and which lend pleasant luminosity to the room.

On the top floor, another couple, or a single, depending on your party, will delight at another bed of regal proportions (5ft) set within a room with beautiful vistas and an en-suite bathroom, complete with shower facilities.

A third bedroom, with a single bed, means that the property can sleep five in utmost comfort, and has lots of storage room to boot. There is a main bathroom with all the necessary mod cons, and a separate lavatory adjacent.

Access & Suitability
There are three flights of stairs within the house, so this property is not suitable for disabled guests. This is particularly suitable for families and adult groups.

Neighbourhood
When you are ready to venture out you are conveniently located a few minute’s walk from Parson’s Green tube stop. This apartment enjoys a superb situation with the West End within 25 minutes door to door. This quiet residential neighbourhood boasts a wealth of local amenities, including an excellent pub, local butcher and cafe all within a few minute’s walk of the front door.

Fulham is an up-and-coming area of London that is patronized by wealthy professionals and families alike. It nestles in a western loop of the River Thames, and similarly to its eastern neighbour, Chelsea, Fulham negotiates the fine line between being a quiet residential district and a hub for upmarket entertainment. Parsons Green is just a moment's wak from the property, boasting two fabulous restaurants side by side; Claude's Kitchen and Cote. The Fulham Road, with its endless shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes, cinemas and theatres attests to its status as the new go-to place for upscale attractions. On the boundary between Chelsea and Fulham, any veteran sports fan seeking to catch a glimpse of 2012 F.A. Cup winners and European Champions, Chelsea F.C., can book a seat for a home game at the Stamford Bridge stadium located just next to Fulham Broadway station. This property also borders the famous King’s Road, a delightful mix of chain stores and high-end boutiques. The area is home to the impressive exhibitions at the Saatchi Gallery, the horticultural displays of the Chelsea Physics Garden and the splendor of Sir Christopher Wren’s Royal Hospital, which plays annual host to the Chelsea Flower Show.

Slightly further afield you come to the Earl’s Court Exhibition Centre that hosts some of the most diverse events and conferences in London. Exploring beyond here you’ll find the stunning Hyde Park, the fascinating Victoria and Albert Museum and eventually the prestigious Harrods – but unless you are an extremely seasoned hiker we recommend some form of public transport, or of course a ‘Barclay’s Bike’ rather than walking.   • Westminster (for Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square): 20 min (tube)

  • South Kensington (for the V&A, Science & Natural History museums): 15 min (tube)

We stayed in Campana Road as a family of 5. London was the first stop of a 4 week trip and this home proved to be a perfect base to explore and a wonderful home to come back to at the end of the day. Beautifully furnished, well maintained, spacious yet quiet, the house sits between two well serviced tube stations and within a short walk to supermarkets, shops, restaurants. Very close to park/common. Charming rear courtyard garden.

We received great service while using this vacation rental. Ivy Lettings was very thorough with their information regarding the property, and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had regarding different elements of our stay. The home was a wonderful choice for us and provided everything we were looking for in a vacation rental. It is located in a nice residential area, near a beautiful park, and has a multitude of different businesses located within easy walking distance. These include several types of restaurants, including an Indian restaurant, an English Pub and a Spanish Tapas restaurant. The neighborhood has two grocery stores, important to us because we reduced the cost of eating out by buying simple foods to prepare at home. They are located next to the two nearest tube stops. The larger store with the most selection is next to the Fulham Broadway stop, but we frequently used the one next to Parson Green because it's slightly closer to the rental home, and has an ATM next door. The Fulham Broadway stop is connected to a shopping area that has several types of stores, including one our teenagers found captivating. The nearby park is teeming with activity during the day, filled with people walking their dogs, pushing baby strollers and playing with their children. The home itself was quite comfortable, and met all our needs during our stay. We were vacationing with two teens, aged 16 and 17, and a college student, aged 22. The teens loved their top floor bedroom, and basically, fell in love with the house. It has the feel of a quintessential English home, with a sunroom and garden, and a cozy living room for relaxing after a hectic day of sight seeing. Having access to a washer/dryer for laundry allowed us to bring less luggage. Because the home has a security system, we had no concerns about leaving valuables and passports there while sight seeing. Overall, our time spent here was restful and very enjoyable.

Ivy Lettings was responsive and professional. They even sent a representative to us on the first night when we locked ourselves out of our rental house! The home is quaint and cozy with a beautiful garden and a workable kitchen. The location was lovely. A quiet street with beautiful homes. Overall, we loved the house and the Campana Street location. The park near the home is well kept, the community feels safe and friendly, and the corner cafe makes a delicious cappuccino! The house is also a convenient walk to the Tube Station. We would definitely love to go back to this location, and we will highly recommend Ivy Lettings to our friends. Even before we arrived to London, the representatives at Ivy Lettings promptly responded to our emails and they helped us pick the perfect rental for our family. Thank you!
