Donne Place Kensington

Beautiful property, looked even better in person! Cozy and roomy inside the home and we loved the large beds, comfy couch and kitchen with dine in sunny area. Perfect upscale location and smooth booking process with the management company. We would love to stay here again!!

I had a great experience with Ivy lettings, with a simple booking process and responsive follow-up to questions! The rental was ideal for our family. The location was unbeatable with a short walk to the Tube and tons of restaurants nearby (favorites were Cacciari's and Tapas Brindisa). The photos were very accurate and we appreciated how well-provisioned it was with basic supplies. This was also the cleanest vacation rental we've ever had! Reviews had mentioned some train noise from just behind the flat but it didn't bother us. It was so nice to feel like we were actually coming home after long days out in London.

The house was immaculate in the PERFECT location but even better was the staff & cleaning crew . The check in & check out was so nice , convenient for us traveling overseas & landing at awkward hours. I WILL use Ivy Lettings again & again . Thank you for adding to an unforgettable trip.

We had a wonderful time. The house is lovely and bigger than I expected. Perfect for my husband, myself and our two grown daughters. The kitchen (very well equipped), as well as the bathrooms had been renovated. The bedrooms were a good size and the mattresses were comfortable. The outdoor space off the top floor looked nice with a table and chairs but it was too cold to sit out there. The location was excellent - hard to find better. A lovely quiet street that is close to so much and we walked most places. The management company was very responsive and helpful - when my daughter got sick, they recommended a few Dr’s close by. My only issue was the noise of the tube, to be fair I knew about it from other reviews and the listing. We got used to it plus we were out and about during the day. We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to to rent the house again.

Convenient location for all the central London sights, easy walking distance to V&A and the Science Museum. Restaurants and shops all around for all your needs. The house is comfortable and generously stocked for easy meals at home. Appreciated the many small touches that made our home from home a win. 10/10 would rent again.

Our group of four friends enjoyed our stay at Donne Place. The location was great in a nice neighborhood. The house was nicely appointed and we had everything we needed.

The house is located in an amazing location, next door of Daphne’s one of my fav Italian restaurant in London. It has pure British design which is lovely and it’s suitable for family or friend gatherings.

Property was as depicted in photos and the location was accurate. Everything in the house was in working order and the property was well-maintained.

Had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for my family of 4. Beautiful location on a super nice street. The house was well appointed and was exactly as described. Very walkable to the the South Ken tub station and an easy walk to Knightsbridge. Would for sure stay here again!!!

Superb location, very clean, beds really comfortable. Close to Underground, which is very helpful, we did hear the trains but it wasn’t intrusive. Check in and check out were easy. It is in a really high-end luxury neighborhood, lots of restaurants and a supermarket close by. 

We visited London for a week with our two adult children. The townhouse was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen contained everything we needed. The location was amazing with many restaurant options nearby. The subway line was very convenient and we rarely had to switch to another train. There was one show and one tub.

Loved the location - close to train, restaurants. The neighborhood is very upscale and we felt very safe. All of the rooms are spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and the kitchen is sun-filled. We used the dishwasher and washer/dryer. Great stay!

Absolutely lovely space! The price was lower than most for the holiday, so I was a little nervous, but it is an exquisite place to stay! The neighbourhood closes down a little in the evening, so, even with the gentle sound of the train just out back, it’s very quiet. Most of the local restaurants are pricey, and you’ll probably need reservations at peak times, so plan ahead a little more than we did. We loved walking to Harrods, we enjoyed the local pub, and there are two groceries within very easy walking distance. Probably the best rental we have stayed in! We took more cabs than we had planned, because it is quite a walk with the kids to the underground station, especially in the rain, or with a family that’s not used to city walking. But, the underground lines from the South Kensington Station are very convenient to most of the tourist destinations in London! Highly recommend!

This home was perfect for our family and our stay in London. Central to all neighborhoods and lovely cafes and groceries all within waking distance. Felt very safe and quiet neighborhood.

The 6 of us spent 6 nights at this property and everything exceeded our expectations. The house has 3 bedrooms and two baths and everything is updated and well equipped. Location in South Kensington is fantastic with an easy walk to the underground, shops and restaurants. Train will take you to and from LHR to South Kensington station.

We had a wonderful time at the house and in such a fantastic location near to the kings road and Fulham road. I had read about the noise of the train at the back of the house but actually it wasn’t too bad at all. We would most definitely stay there again.

Ivy’s team of professionals was outstanding, and promptly answered all our questions. We were met on-time at our flat when we arrived, and given a good “orientation “ tour of the home. Everything was as expected, in top condition, and ready for us. The flat was beautiful, completely remodeled and fully equipped. The location in Chelsea near the South Kensington Tube could not have been more convenient, and there were numerous pubs, restaurants, and a grocers within a 5 minute walk. Renting through Ivy completely changed our approach to London travel, and it will be our preferred method in the future.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay in this property. Clean and spacious bedrooms, a well-appointed kitchen. Right in the midst of a fun shopping area with great selection of restaurants and cafes. Short walk to South Kensington Underground station. A/C would have been nice, as we were there during a hot summer week, but each bedroom has a good fan which helps. All in all, a lovely property.

The flat was just great for our family of 5. Fresh paint, clean interior, lots of gorgeous light coming in, and perfect location. The kitchen could be a little bit better outfitted with glasses and dishes...just a thought. We loved our time there!

My family & I had a lovely time staying in this home. The location is ideal. Grocery store, pharmacy & restaurants all with 1-3 blocks.

Stayed at one of Ivy Lettings' properties in South Ken for almost a week after Christmas. The communication from the team was prompt and professional, and the flat was beautifully decorated, perfectly located and very comfortable. We were very pleased.

My husband, myself and our three teenage children had a wonderful stay at Donne Place. We were meet there when we arrived to London and given a tour of the property. The location was perfect being only a 5 minute walk from South Kensington Tube. We felt very safe in this neighborhood. There were great restaurants close by as well as a market just a few blocks away. The property was very clean and had all that we needed. It was beautifully decorated and we were very comfortable staying here. We would definitely stay here again.
