Very comfortable accommodation. Great location close to public transport cafes and restaurants.

Spent 9 nights over the Christmas period here, being in Kensington you have easy links to the tube in zone 1. The apartment itself is clean and bright with access to a private garden. Supermarket up the road and many pubs nearby. Not many issues, being in a busy area there is some traffic noise.

Finished our family Europe trip in London at Ivy. Communication before and during our stay was great. Host was very accommodating to our needs and requests. House is in a great location close to everything we needed. Supermarkets, tube stops, restaurants, attractions and bars. The park behind the house was welcome for my two boys to have a run around and enjoy the sunshine. Would recommend staying here and a visit to the science museum is a must if you have kids

The place was in a nice area of Kensington and in very good condition. It's within a short 5-10 minute walk to the Gloucester Tube station which you can connect to almost anywhere in London. Overall pleasant stay in London!

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Comfortable home and spacious for our needs. 

We appreciated the very quiet setting, the comfortable beds, the garden access, the grocery store and tube stations nearby and the cozy living room to relax and unwind after a busy day sightseeing. Also the bathroom was very large and nice to have a shower and large tub. Excellent long stay in London.

Our experience with Ivy Lettings and the Collingham Road flat was excellent. The staff is very quick to respond, very professional, and helpful. The flat we rented for eight days was ideal for proximity to transportation, restaurants, and grocery stores. The home has a wonderful outdoor space that really makes you feel like you are part of this vibrant London neighborhood. The home has everything one needs for a short stay. Plus, it's very comfortable and quiet for two friends traveling together. Thank you for a fun experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The flat was beautiful, clean, and everything we needed was easy to find. The proximity to the Gloucester Road tube stop was especially convenient... it was a great stay!

Centralized location near subway makes trips to Central London very convenient. The area has many accessible amenities and restaurants. Unit is clean, well-equipped and spacious. We enjoyed our stay greatly.

Fabulous stay! The flat was set up perfectly for our family of two adults and two kids (5&9). The location was perfect, right between the Glouster Road and Earls Court tube stations. Plenty of restaurants and a Sainsbury's grocery store about 5 minutes away. Easy to walk to Kensington Park and museums. The accommodations were great. Nice kitchen, large bathroom, and the best was the shared garden directly out back. Our kids loved exploring in the evenings while we adults had beverages! Would definitely stay here again if we come to London again!

We enjoyed our stay here. This is a very well appointed and comfortable basement flat with new amenities. Professionally cleaned, Stylishly decorated. Great kitchen and bathroom. We had to go down a flight of narrow stairs to get to the apartment but that wasn’t a problem for us. Fantastic location. It is in the upscale Kensington neighborhood located very close to central London. There are two tube stations about 6 minutes away with easy access to both Heathrow and the tourist attractions of central London. Grocery stores and eating places within walking distance. Our family of four had a great time here. Guy and his team were friendly responsive and professional. Highly recommended.

We (family with two kids) had a great time in this apartment. It was very cozy, quiet, spacious and super clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is roomy and relaxing. The apartment is ideally located in a very charming and safe neighborhood, close to two tube stations, groceries and restaurants. We warmly recommend this location.

Excellent location in Zone 1 with a less than 5 minute walk to two tube stations and around 10 minute walk to the Museum of Natural History and the Science museum. The apartment was very clean and we, a family of 4, enjoyed our stay here.

The house is really nice. Wonderful position and neighborhood. We had some little problems at home but they have been available to sort them out quickly.

This is the second time we’ve used Ivy Lettings and once again the service was prompt and efficient and the property was lovely and felt like a real home away from home. When I mentioned to the Housekeeping Manager that we had a few hours to kill after check out she very kindly sent me various left luggage facility options. Also when we landed a bit early, they made sure we were could still get into the house. Overall my family and I were very pleased with the property and with Ivy Lettings.

We really enjoyed staying at the property - the location and facilities were great. The rooms were clean and spacious. We would recommend it to other travellers. We were a family of four (two children under 7) and it suited us well.

Terrific spacious apartment in the heart of Kensington with lots of personal touches. Traveling with my husband and three year old, the apartment had everything we needed. Really close to Gloucester Rd tube, Earls Court tube, as well as multiple bus routes. Waitrose, Tescos, Sainsburys and a bunch of kid friendly pubs and restaurants close by. Added bonus was the gorgeous private gardens that the apartment has access to - so good for a toddler who needs to stretch their legs and explore. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It was like home away from home. The bathroom was tastefully renovated and very clean indeed. Similarly, the kitchen and living area were clean and Cosy which made our stay all the more comfortable. The team that handled the apartment was also very professional. Response was prompt and instruction given was clear.

I have rented from Ivy while in London a few years now. I have looked into other short term rental companies but I always go back to Ivy. Their selection of properties seems superior to others almost as if they had sifted all properties and kept only the best in London. The properties are modern and well maintained.
