This home has a very comfortable large and bright living room on the first level, with Sky TV. The eat-in kitchen is located on the second level, overlooking the living area and opening onto a roof terrace with BBQ and outside table and chairs. The two bedrooms are located on the first level, the master bedroom with super-king (6ft wide) bed, the second bedroom with king (5ft wide) bed. These bedrooms share a family bathroom with bath and shower stall. There is also a separate adjacent cloakroom.
The property is accessed at street level, with a flight of stairs bringing you to the maisonette's first level. A further flight of stairs connects the first floor to the kitchen and roof terrace.
This lovely home is located in a quiet part of Fulham, with a villagey feel, with cafes and local restaurants very close by. Parson’s Green tube is a 10-minute walk, and the home is served by some excellent bus routes bringing you to the West End very easily.

No qualms at all in recommending Ivy. Their service is impeccable and the flat we stayed in was perfect in terms of location and accommodation. The entire process from initial inquiry onwards went very smoothly. Information and photos on website are accurate and all communication was helpful and timely. This is a flat that is a lot of fun, lots of character and fun things. It was in a quiet part of london which was good as we have a young child. It was still very easy to get into the centre of london on the subway. We will hopefully return too!

What a great find. There is so much attention to detail, each day we kept finding new things! I would recommend this apartment whole-heartedly (apart from those who don't like stairs). We have had friends that visited London and couldn't stand the noise, but we felt so relaxed here. Icing on the cake would have been a second bathroom as we all liked to shower in the morning- but we knew that before we arrived. Ivy Lettings was great...hope to come back soon.
