Buckland Crescent Primrose Hill

The flat was lovely. Ivy's service was first-rate and Lara's help during our stay was much appreciated.

Lovely large rooms, high ceilings, pretty outlook onto a sunny garden. Flat was clean, spacious and comfortable. Overall pleasant stay, pretty streets of Belsize Park (walkable) are close by as is Hamstead (quick ride or tube). Nearby Finchley Road/Swiss Cottage area is practical but pretty ordinary.

We loved this flat so much. It truly felt like home while also being close to the tube and the restaurants and shops on Finchley Road. The cross breezes are amazing, so it feels wonderful indoors even on hot days. The terrace and wide open windows/doors were an added perk.

The apartment is warm, comfortable and extremely well located, with very easy access via Swiss Cottage to West End. Proximity to the Heath and Hampstead Village shops is great Beds were comfortable If you are a light sleeper you will want to take good earplugs, as there is a lot of traffic cutting through Buckland Crescent from the early hours

Very outstanding apartment, accurately described. 1-1/2 blocks to Jubilee tube stop and to delightful village shopping area. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet overall. My only issue was the key pick up location being a bit inconvenient- about 8 blocks away from the apartment. Would definitely look forward to staying there again.

What a nice flat in such an excellent location. If you're wanting a slice of life in a lovely London neighbourhood this is perfect — we normally book very modern spots but this charmed us. Cozy and spacious with lovely views over the green space in the backyard. Close to the Swiss Cottage tube and close to Primrose Hill.

This is a wonderful place. It was very clean and well equipped. We have stayed at 10-12 London places and this is the best one.

Buckland Crescent is a delightful apartment in an ideal location for both Hampstead/Belsize Park and central London attractions. Communication regarding key collection was clear and concise and went very smoothly. There are cafes and restaurants a matter of minutes away in Belsize Park or every slightly further away a wide variety in the middle of Hampstead. Apartment its self is very comfortable, well appointed and has all amenities required. I would without hesitation recommend Buckland Crescent.

Housing is even better than it is presented! Elegant, clean and tidy apartment in a quiet and comfortable residential area.

Guy's place is even better than the photos. It is spotless, spacious and filled with beautiful furnishings. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the linens and towels are top quality. There were fresh flowers for us and nice plantings on the deck off the living room / kitchen. The huge windows are beautiful and fill the rooms with light. The bathrooms are beautiful and also spotless and the smaller room has a filled bookcase in case you have time to sit and enjoy the space while visiting London. The neighborhood is very nice and the property is really convenient to the tube and busses. We would definitely hope to stay at Guy's property when we return to London.

We were impressed with Ivy when renting a flat in London. Everything was perfect with excellent communications both before and after the rental. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained by the friendly Ivy cleaning staff. Well done guys!

I stayed for 3 weeks with my family in an apartment in the Primrose Hill area. The apartment was well renovated and felt both modern and classic at he same time. Ivy customer service was attentive, and my family had a great time,

The apartment is extremely comfortable. The high ceilings and tall windows were my favorite features as the rooms feel spacious and are filled with natural light. I stayed for 3 weeks and it was easy to make this space “home”. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils which made it easy to prepare a meal. Swiss cottage station is a few minutes walk away and although Finchley Road itself does not have much charm the pop up market outside the station provides a great option for buying local produce. The main bedroom is street facing, which means it is a little noisier. Loads of cupboard space and an empty set of draws meant I could fully unpack my bags. The en suite bathroom is recently updated and has a great shower. The second bedroom is gorgeous with garden view and complete privacy though there’s no built in cupboards. The second bathroom is not as modern and has a smaller bath (no shower). Small touches like a vase of fresh cut roses on my arrival added to the joy of my stay. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment to travelers.

I spent one week with my family in Ivy's apartment, I recommend it to everyone who is coming to London with four person, the apartment is clean and fully equipped, location is close to the vital spots such as tube station and bus stops, restaurants and grocery are in 5 minutes walking. In general all is perfect and definitely will come back again. Everything was outstanding, I enjoyed the trip and I hope to see you again. Thank you for your 5 star service.

Love the Primrose hill location and style of the property. Ivy Lettings was recommended to us by a friend when we wanted to come to London for a shopping weekend. We loved the little terrace and its location close to Primrose hill and only a short 'tube' ride to Oxford Street. Nice choice, thanks!

We were impressed by this home as it was quite a bit less expensive than other rentals we were looking at in the area. The bedrooms are really nice, with wooden shutters and fully-stocked bookshelves. The living room is nice and light, we enjoyed opening the shutters in the morning and taking coffee and breakfast on the adjoining terrace. A great find. We'd also like to mention Beatrice who was so accommodating and picked out this home for us.

I had an excellent experience with your company and the many staff members with whom I interacted. I would like to particularly cite Katie Box and Alice Weston who both went far beyond regular customer service in their support of my rental. Alice spent a lot of time finding the right flat for me. I was extremely happy there. Katie answered multiple questions from me over the course of the entire month and she always got back to me same day even if it was a very minor matter. And, she was unfailingly cheerful and helpful. I will absolutely recommend Ivy Lettings to anyone I know planning a visit to London.

The property was fabulous - with fresh cut flowers in vases & a bright clean space to arrive to! We were very comfortable in this flat & the location was close to the Tube as well as local grocery stores & amenities. This was a lovely place to call home. Guy got back to me very quickly when I had questions in regards to our stay. This flat is such a pretty space & a fabulously affordable option for a family of 4. The beds were extremely comfortable & everything was clean & organised. There were instructions left out for the use of appliances & local spots of interest. I would come back here in a heartbeat & absolutely would book again. The process was seamless & well oganized. There is nothing I would change...everything ran smooth as silk. Definitely upscale apartment. Very spacious. Remodeled bathrooms excellent. Furnishings nice and the floor to ceiling windows throughout are an aesthetic joy. A quick walk to the Swiss Cottage tube station & direct line to the West End. Host team Guy & Eliza very good communicators. This is a high quality home-away-from home in a safe interesting neighborhood
