The minute you step over the threshold, you will feel instantly at home. Warm pinewood floors and bright whitewashed walls combine to lend this home an aura of comfort. Spacious and light, with luxuriously high ceilings, the living area is tastefully furnished, with two generous sofas. A coffee table, artfully set between the sofas, mean that this space will prove an essential base for cosy chats over a cup of tea, or happy mornings spent reading the paper. A desk will suit those who are never quite completely on holiday, or who want to profit from the calm and quiet to do a bit of writing or drawing. A skylight provides gentle illumination on sunny days and adds to the luminous atmosphere of this space. The kitchenette is open plan with the living area and contains all the necessary appliances for home cooking – the dining table seats up to six.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
A large window means that the comfortable bedroom with an inviting king-bed (5ft wide), is a veritable suntrap. There are of course blinds on the window. The bathroom is en-suite to the bedroom, and with its bath and shower attachment, lavatory and wash-basin, all the necessary elements for a comfortable and happy stay are present.
ACCESS & LAYOUT
This property has its own private entrance from the street level. When you enter, you'll find a washroom and cloakroom on the ground floor. One flight of internal stairs will then take you up to the main living areas. The property is spread across one floor once on this level.
ON YOUR DOORSTEP
Knightsbridge and Belgravia are synonymous with upper-class London sophistication and glamour, and this area is the ideal situation for those who wish to make the most of the city’s attractions, whilst simultaneously having the luxury of being very central and no more than 15 minutes away by tube or bus from central London and the West End. A 7-minute walk from Sloane Square underground station, you will find yourself a few short steps from Harrods on one end of the Square, and the King's Road, with its multitude and variety of high street shops and boutiques, eclectic bars, and sophisticated restaurants. For those of a Thespian bent, the Royal Court theatre is just on Sloane Square, and on Saturdays at the nearby Duke of York Square, a gastronomically cosmopolitan food market will hold all foodies in its thrall. The Saatchi Gallery, a few minutes away, will delight all art fans, and a short and picturesque walk will take you down onto Chelsea embankment and the Thames, to the foot of the iconic Albert Bridge.

I have stayed with Ivy Lettings three times in the past 2 years and I will not use any other company. I just recently spent 9 days at their property on Cadogan Street. The apartment was beautifully appointed with all amenities available. This one bedroom was so inviting to come home to after a busy day in London. We were in London in the month of November and coming back to Cadogan Street with its cozy ambiance was a perfect ending to power packed day. Cadogan Street has everything a couple could need. I was even able to cook a Thanksgiving meal for my American family (my son who lives in London came over for a homecooked meal). Every time I stay with Ivy their service is impeccable. They return emails and calls quickly and it is apparent that they value their customers.

We loved this flatlet. One fight of easy stairs and we were home. The only difficulty was that London was experiencing a heat wave so the little fan hardly made much impact but we were grateful for it! May I suggest the owner include table napkins, and tissues as part of the package for a truly well set up accommodation. The small drier incorporated within the washing machine is not capable of drying very much so it was great to have the portable drying frame and iron to help with the laundry..... The location was terrific and it was a lovely quiet neighborhood yet close to Kings Road, Sloane Square etc... thank you very much we thoroughly enjoyed this delightful place to stay.
