LIVING & EATING
This lovely apartment features a shared living and dining space, with a dining table to comfortably seat 4 people. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped for preparing meals.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom, with UK king-size bed (5 ft wide), is very bright thanks to its large windows. This room has the added luxury of its own ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, loo and basin. The second bedroom is complete with a standard UK double (4.5 ft wide) bed. A family bathroom was found off the hallway, with a shower over bath, basin and toilet. If required two people can be accommodated on a deluxe airbed in the living room.
ACCESS & LAYOUT
The apartment is on the second floor of the apartment building, with no elevator. As such, it is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. The apartment is on a single floor, except for 4 steps leading up to the master bedroom.
ON YOUR DOORSTEP
The apartment is located a few minutes’ walk to the famous and beautiful canals and boat life of Little Venice, a wonderful peaceful contrast to the hustle and bustle of London, which itself is easily found - Warwick Avenue tube is a mere 6-minute walk from the flat, which whisks you into Oxford St in 10 mins, direct along the Bakerloo Line.
This vacation rental is the ideal home away from home for families or couples looking to be in a very central and convenient location, with excellent transport links around town.

Apartment Little Venice in maida vale suitable, clean and in line with our expectations for a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children). The advantages: possesses all the essential equipment to spend a good stay, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and toilets. The host was welcoming, clear in these explanations to put us at ease and responsive in case of problem or assistance. We also enjoyed the proximity of the metro, it is 5/6 minutes to our trips to central London. Quiet area and close to small trade down the apartment. We recommend this rental to all persons or families for their next stay in London.

The location worked great for us. Very close to multiple cafes, grocery, salons :) Very clean. We had a problem with the extra bed and they took care of it immediately. Worked with us with key hand off. Very airy, lighted and modern kitchen with new appliances. 2nd bedroom was a bit tight with the double bed. Weather was warm and with no air conditioning it was a bit stuffy. We did open the windows which made it a bit noisy. They provided small fans which were life savers :) The staircase is bit narrow and steep. We had big luggage and was a bit tough to carry them to the 2nd floor. Overall great rating and would do that again!

Nuestra estadía en Londres en Little Venice ha sido maravillosa. Mi marido y yo viajamos a Un congreso y mi madre y tías venían a pasar la semana para hacer turismo. Todo el viaje fue genial, la localización del apartamento es perfecta con acceso a muchas líneas de autobús y con el metro cerca. Justo al lado del apartamento hay muchos bares y restaurantes, cafetería y panadería. Hay un Tesco al lado para comprar las cosas básicas para el desayuno / cena. La casa está muy bien, tiene 2 cuartos de baño espaciosos y limpios. Las camas muy cómodas. Dormimos 6 adultos perfectamente. Lo recomiendo. Lo único malo que puedo decir es que es un segundo piso sin ascensor... pero lo recomiendo!
