The large ground floor of this home comprises a large, boldly styled sitting room leading onto a bright, modern kitchen / dining room with a further living/TV space. This room opens onto the large private garden and to a studio at the back (which does not form part of the rental). A cloakroom / WC is situated off the ground floor corridor.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The home has four bedrooms: a large master bathroom on the first floor with en suite bathroom, a further double bedroom on the same floor, served by a dazzling mirrored family bathroom (with shower over the bath), and two further bedrooms at the top of the house, one with a cot (though deluxe single airbed can be provided) and the second with twin beds (to be provided, not pictured). These last two bedrooms share a bathroom, again with shower over the bath.

The home is set over four floors with stairs between them. A small basement serves as a utility room with laundry facilities.

Situated in the heart of Wandsworth, a very pleasant residential neighbourhood just south of the Thames. Many local amenities within easy walking distance, including some famously good pubs and restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores and ATMs. The vast Wandsworth Common (park) is within easy walking distance. Wandsworth Town overland rail is located within 10 mins walk. From there, trains leave every few minutes heading to (including other destinations) Waterloo, bringing the West End, Covent Garden and Westminster within easy 30 minutes' distance.
