The location of this home is superb. Though situated on a quiet residential road, you are one minute’s walk from the Kensington High Street, one of west London’s most popular shopping streets, which plays host to an array of excellent shops (including Whole Foods' principal London outlet) and some excellent restaurants and local pubs within two blocks of the apartment. Kitchen W8, a Michelin star restaurant, is a mere 3 minutes walk away. At the east end of Kensington High Street you’ll find yourself in Kensington Gardens (the back garden of Will and Kate), leading onto Hyde Park, and a short walk north brings you to Notting Hill. With Holland Park also at the end of the road you're spoilt with access to some of London's best green spaces. For those wishing to venture into the West End, access is easy via both High Street Kensington and Earls Court tube station, or the excellent bus links.

We have rented through Ivy Lettings on several occasions now and each time we have stayed at a lovely property and the experience has been easy. I recommend Ivy Lettings to anyone looking for an apartment stay in London and look forward to booking through them again in the future. This last trip we stayed at the Abingdon Road flat. The location in Kensington is excellent, very near Holland Park and an easy walk to Kensington Gardens. There are three very good, one actually outstanding, restaurants right on the street. The flat is extremely comfortable for one or two people. It is nicely outfitted, making it easy to feel right at home for the (too short) week we were there.

Enjoyed an excellent stay at the Abingdon property. Loved the flat, very cosy atmosphere. Few minutes walk from both High St. Kensington as well as Earl's Court tube stations. Sainsbury, Waterstones, McDonalds, Five Guys, and plenty of shopping options nearby (two minutes walk from the property). Ivy Lettings staff very helpful and the whole procedure went extremely smoothly, from booking to finally checking out. Great experience.

The apartment on Abingdon Road was lovely with a cafe two doors down and a pub across the street. High Street Kensington shops were just three blocks away.
