Step into a large and light living room, arranged with two generous sofas and a sprinkling of armchairs. The spacious kitchen is every keen chef’s dream: plenty of natural light, afforded by large French windows; comprehensively fitted with all the necessary culinary appliances, and graced by large wooden dining table, which seats eight comfortably. A beautiful gem of a patio awaits you as you step out of the kitchen – a perfect suntrap, ideal for an aperitif of a summer's evening, or lazy siestas with a good book. As if one living room weren’t enough, there is a second very cosy living room located in the basement of this London vacation rental, ideal for evenings in with your family.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
There are three bedrooms, on the first floor, a luxurious master bedroom awaits, with a King size bed (5ft wide), plenty of storage space, and adjoined by an en-suite complete with bath, WC, and separate shower compartment. Across the landing, a stunning children’s bedroom with twin single beds which have replaced the bunk beds, updated pictures to follow shortly. And a paneled family bathroom, complete with bathtub and hand-held shower attachment, caters for your every ablutionary need. Up on the top floor, a third bedroom, containing a King sized bed (5ft wide), also with an adjoining en suite (just a shower in this case!).
ACCESS & LAYOUT
This property is set over four floors, with three internal flights of stairs. As you enter the property on the ground floor you are greeted by the spacious living room, the kitchen is up one step and leads onto the lovely paved terrace. The basement boasts the property’s second living room. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom and ensuite, along with the children’s bedroom and family bathroom. The third floor houses the third bedroom and ensuite.
ON YOUR DOORSTEP
When you are ready to venture out you are conveniently located a few minute’s walk from Parson’s Green tube stop or 5 minutes from Fulham Broadway. This quiet residential neighbourhood boasts a wealth of local amenities, including an excellent pub, local butcher and cafe all within a few minutes’ walk of the front door. Parsons Green is just a moment's walk from your London vacation rental, boasting two fabulous restaurants side by side; Claude's Kitchen and Cote. The Fulham Road, with its endless shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes, cinemas and theatres attests to its status as the new go-to place for upscale attractions. On the boundary between Chelsea and Fulham, any veteran sports fan seeking to catch a glimpse of 2012 F.A. Cup winners and European Champions, Chelsea F.C., can book a seat for a home game at the Stamford Bridge stadium located just next to Fulham Broadway station.

From the start, Ivy Lettings was very thorough with their information regarding the property, and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had regarding our stay. The home was ideal for us, perfect for a family, and provided everything we were looking for in a vacation rental. Located in a smart residential area, minutes from a beautiful park and tennis courts, there are several types of restaurants, including an Indian restaurant, an English Pub and a Spanish Tapas restaurant. There are grocery stores a short walk away, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. We enjoyed sitting out in the garden in the evenings, and the downstairs lounge was great for relaxing after lunch – we visited London during the heatwave, and this provided a sanctuary of cool and quiet. This is a quintessential English home, with a lovely large kitchen/dining room and garden, and a cozy living room for relaxing after a hectic day of sight seeing. Because the home has a security system, we had no concerns about leaving valuables and passports there while sight seeing. Overall, our time spent here was restful and very enjoyable.

A lovely, large, and comfortable home on Eel Brook Common. We were staying on business as we were running an event at the Chelsea Design Centre, so it was the perfect location for us. The staff at Ivy Lettings were incredibly helpful and personable, and even helped us figure out how to ferry our exhibits over to the Design Centre, Top marks!
