Perfect for families or a group of friends, this immaculate apartment is situated in the trendy and charming Notting Hill area, a short walk from the enchanting Portobello market.

Located on the first floor with one flight of stairs, the home is arranged across a single level. The generous open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas boast modern comforts and an inviting L-shaped sofa. There are three bedrooms, each featuring built-in wardrobes and full-length mirrors. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds (4ft wide) with a single trundle bed (3ft wide) in the third bedroom. A separate WC and two bathrooms serve these rooms, one with a stand-alone shower and the other with a shower over the bath through which the private balcony can be accessed. The secluded study ensures a dedicated workspace although the daybed in this room can be converted into a small single bed.

Clarendon Road is a very smart and sought-after street in London, big white-family homes are interspersed with trees and flowers. At the end of the road is the tree-lined Holland Park Avenue. There you will find the best butcher in London, Lidgates, as well as bookshops, a famous upmarket grocery selling Champagnes and English cheeses and other delicious produce; a Maison Blanc, Paul; Starbucks and Giraffe. There is also a Tesco with an ATM. A 10-minute walk from Holland Park tube station, this London vacation rental has excellent transport links into Central London and the West End.

This flat is in a great location within a short 5-10 minute walk from tube and bus options and a short walk to Portobello markets and dining. The neighborhood is quiet and the flat was thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Everything within the flat worked perfectly and was as advertised.

This flat is in a large block which looks imposing from the outside, but it is easily accessible - 1st floor - and once inside it had everything we needed. Space is not large but while compact the open-plan kitchen lounge gives it a roomy feel. The bedrooms all work well and there were 6 of us with the children. The area is excellent with portobello road and notting hill very close by and lots of good restaurants. It was very quiet for London and also very clean.

The apartment is in an excellent location, close to the tube, in a beautiful residential area. It is well-appointed and accommodated our party (5 women) with no problem. It was clean, close to stores and restaurants on Holland Park Road, and within easy walking distance to restaurants, stores and other amenities in the Portobello Road area. There are 2 or 3 convenience stores located half a block away that are well stocked. The apartment was clean and attractive and although not huge, it was well designed so that we never felt crowded. Our dealings with Ivy lettings were exceptional - I always received a response to any email within hours, and they were most helpful during our stay when we had questions. As a frequent visitor to London, i would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend Ivy Lettings.

Contact with the host was perfect and prompt. Our personal welcome to the home was well organised. The apartment is clean and tidy with everything you need and is spacious enough to sleep 6. The neighbourhood is quiet, residential and smart with all facilities nearby. Holland Park tube station is a 10 minute walk away which has great access to other areas of London via the central line. The three families who rented the flat all thought it was well laid out and well equipped. Having three bathrooms certainly helped with a teenage and pre-teen girl among the guests. The flat had enough silver ware and cooking utensils. Ample towels were also provided. The staff who greeted the first family to arrive were prompt and courteous. Two of the bedrooms were small but did accommodate two. The tube (Holland Park) is approximately a 15 minute walk with a family. There is a bus 5 minutes away that takes you to either High Street Kensington or Royal Oak on the Hammersmith and City Line. There is a nice bar and restaurant (The Clarendon) across the street from the flat.

This property is perfect in every way. It is beautifully decorated and conveniently located in the heart of the fun and buzzing Notting Hill and Holland Park. Very near fantastic restaurants, fabulous shops and also a short walk from Portobello Road - there is so much on the doorstep to see and do. The apartment is warm, light, peaceful and extremely comfortable. It is also near good transport links (tubes/buses) if you want to venture to other parts of London. The chance to stay here is an opportunity not to be missed. I guarantee you will love it - we certainly did and can't wait to come back soon.

We rented the apartment for 1 week with 4 adults and 2 children. The service from Ivy Letting was excellent and professional. We enjoyed the location. It is a nice and quiet break from busy London. The apartment is fairly close to subway station...10 mins walk to Holland Park and 7 mins to Ladbroke Grove. It's pretty easy to get to central London. The apartment is quite large by London standard. It is nice to have 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. It was very clean and tidy when we checked it. Overall, we are very happy about our stay and will rent from ivy letting again.
