Set in a cobbled South Kensington mews, this two-bedroom house has something unusual for the area: its own secure single-car garage, reached both from the mews and from inside the house. The front door opens at street level, and the home sleeps up to four guests.
On the first floor, the kitchen opens into an open-plan dining and sitting room, where the mirror above the mantelpiece doubles as a smart television. The kitchen has an oven, glass-top hob, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso machine, with an under-counter fridge and small freezer, and the blinds and windows are operated by remote control.
The principal bedroom opens off the sitting room and has a king-sized bed (5 ft / 150 cm wide), an en-suite shower room and access to a small balcony. A flight of stairs, with a handrail, leads down to a utility room with a separate washing machine and tumble dryer, and two further steps lead down to a small entrance hall. The second bedroom opens off the hall and has two single beds (3 ft / 90 cm wide each), which can be placed together as a super king-sized bed (6 ft / 180 cm wide) with seven days' notice, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. There is no lift.
With a bedroom and its own bathroom on each floor, the house gives two couples, or a family, a welcome degree of separation.
Everybody at Ivy was so accommodating with out last-minute request to come from Paris to London with a days notice.

beauty and comfort went into remodeling this beautiful townhome. Thankful for the design team it sure made me feel at home in London.
The beds are so comfortable and plush and much needed after a long day of romping around the city!
