The building felt safe and quiet, while the apartment itself was spacious, well equipped, and clearly cared for. Communication and instructions were clear throughout, making the entire experience smooth and stress free from arrival to departure.
If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be having key collection available at the property itself rather than requiring guests to stop at a separate location beforehand. While the process was straightforward, collecting the keys on site would make arrival even more convenient, especially after a long journey.
