Dawes Road is a bright and sunlit apartment, split across three levels; it offers an open-plan living and dining area with a table to seat four guests. The fully equipped kitchen is separate and has access to the private roof terrace, the perfect spot for your morning coffee.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed (5ft wide) and ample wardrobe space. The second bedroom houses a single bed that can be pulled out and made into a double (but, please note, cannot be configured as two singles) and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, basin, and stand-up shower unit. The main bathroom includes a bath and an overhead shower.
ACCESS & LAYOUT
This apartment is located on the first floor, with one flight of stairs outside the apartment to access. There are a further two flights of stairs within the apartment.
ON YOUR DOORSTEP
A local convenience store and ATM is situated next door to the building's entrance and this London vacation rental has good bus links into Central London from just outside the front door. The nearest tube station, Fulham Broadway, offers a wealth of amenities, restaurants, and bars. Ivy recommends Amuse Bouche in Parons Green, a ten-minute walk from the property, a relaxed champagne bar serving a glorious selection of champagne and tapas-style food. Brompton Cemetery is a ten-minute walk from the property, though suggesting a cemetery to visit on your stay in London may seem odd, this is a truly beautiful destination and a must-see during your stay. Brompton Cemetery is one of London’s magnificent seven historic cemeteries covering 16 hectares. This Fulham holiday apartment will suit a family or couples alike. Equally, it will serve as excellent corporate accommodation, with easy tube access to the City and West End.
