Welcome to Eagle Wharf a smart, executive apartment within easy walking distance of Tower Bridge. A fantastic base for couples, small families or corporate stays. Before you step inside this chic, one bedroom apartment, take a moment to familiarise yourself with your surroundings. Think old cobbled, Victorian streets; historic warehouses, now converted but still bearing witness to their ancient Shad-Thames past. There are wine bars and restaurants dotted around and the river flows just moments away.

Living & Eating
This property boasts an open-plan living and dining area with a table to seat four guests and fully equipped kitchen. The exposed brickwork, tiled balcony and wrought-iron furniture are in keeping with the contemporary and design-orientated area.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
There’s one bedroom with a king-size bed (5ft wide) and charming balcony overlooking the intriguing streets below. A double sofa bed (4.5ft wide) in the sitting room can accommodate an additional guest if necessary. There is one bathroom, complete with a bath and overhead shower.

Access & Layout
Located on the second floor with access via stairs or an elevator. Once inside this home is arranged across one level.

“We love staying in Eagle Wharf; everything is so easy. The location is just a few minutes from Tower Bridge, with easily enough restaurants and shops nearby to feed and water you for the duration of your stay, the flat is clean with everything you need (including the much welcome dishwasher and washing machine), and the key pick up is pretty straightforward. It’s an old building and the windows are not particularly soundproofed, but this is generally not an issue at this quiet spot, except briefly for the occasional small group walking along the cobbles at the end of an evening. We’ve stayed before and will look to again - it’s our default ‘look for’ when we have a trip to London.”

The courtyard leading up to the property had small businesses offering small bites and drinks and was very convenient. The street directly behind the property was charming with cobblestones and small businesses and restaurants. The apartment itself was bright and spacious and looked exactly like the pictures online. We were very happy with the arrangements and how close the property was to many sites in London. I would highly recommend this apartment.

This is a wonderful place to stay in London. It was very clean, well equipped, comfortable and safe. I loved watching London walk by from the balcony...families on outing, people going to and from work, and even two bobbies on horseback! We weren't as good with the transportation as most..it was easily available, but being 65 and 70 years old, we took more taxis than we needed to and saved our energy for sight-seeing. There is a Sainsbury grocery store very close with a large selection of ready-made meals and lovely produce. I also recommend Butler's Wharf Chop House just across Shad Thames. You can't miss the wonderful aromas from their cooking, and they have the &*best* mac & cheese I've had, anywhere, anytime. Ivy Letting was very helpful at every stage. We arrived on Easter Sunday and were given easy directions to a lock box to pick up the key. Unfortunately, the box had been removed by construction or vandals. Our cabbie called Ivy Lettings and a representative met us at the flat...even on a holiday. Thank you. They were always available and helpful. Be sure and read the folder...lots of useful information and the cab service, Addison Lee, they recommend is a blessing.

The colours are warm and welcoming,… Read more Eagle Wharf was a refuge after days of touring and enjoying London. It's stocked with comfortable furniture spread through a varied, roomy floor plan. The colours are warm and welcoming, and there is even a cast iron warehouse support beam which has been exposed and, aside from being functional and necessary, acts as an art piece in the livingroom. My family and I enjoy preparing and eating good food, and the kitchen was perfectly sized and well appointed with everything we needed to cook the ingredients we had bought during our day. And the location... to have Tower Bridge just outside our building's door, and London Bridge train and tube station just a few minutes walk away was truly the icing on the cake that was our vacation. There's even 3 cafes and a Starbucks in the plaza just outside the entrance. Nothing more needs to be said. We would like to also offer a warm and well deserved compliment to the staff at Ivy Lettings who were so easy to deal with, and so actively obliging to us during our stay. Well done to you all.

Great for access to the train,… Read more This flat is in the perfect location to explore London. Located right next to Tower Bridge and a 10 min walk to London Bridge. Great for access to the train, tube, LRT and river ferries. A short walk down the street and you are on the Thames Pathway. Tons of good restaurants, bars, stores and cafes in the area. The flat is a pretty good size for London. It has a fully stocked kitchen, large bathroom, comfortable living and dining room and a balcony. The queen size bed is very comfortable. The window and 2 doors can both be opened for fresh air. It is on the third floor but has a lift for when you are moving suitcases or groceries. The management company was very responsive to all our inquiries. Highly recommend both the flat and the location.

With an office in Canary Wharf, I appreciated easy access to the DLR, which was a short morning walk across the Tower Bridge. Great coffee shop downstairs with good lunch options, a few decent eats and watering holes nearby. Ivy Lettings are great to work with, organized a car service, etc., all of which went exactly as planned. No complaints.

My parents were very impressed with the flat and found it to be clean, comfortable and very well equipped. With the benefit of a sitting room and kitchen, they found it far preferable to a hotel room. The location is great, right by the river and Tower Bridge, near lots of lovely restaurants and easy access to two different tube stations. I thought the The Ivy Lettings team were brilliant, very helpful and accommodating. The only minor thing to be aware of is that that it doesn't get much natural daylight - but who wants to stay in doors all day anyway. We've all agreed we'll definitely book it for future stays.
