Earls Court
Description
A quaint London studio vacation rental with high ceilings and plenty of natural light, situated on the ground floor of a historic, period house. Fantastically located two minutes from the extensive transport links and bustle of restaurants, bars and shops of the Earls Court Road. This property is particularly suitable for couples and families.

Living & Eating
The Ivy Lettings team loves this open-plan living and dining area with beautiful period features. Separate fully-equipped kitchen, wooden and tiled flooring and plenty of storage space.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
There is one bedroom set within the open-plan style of the studio serviced apartment, with shutters to close it off from the main living area. Sleeping arrangements are a small double bed (4ft wide), with the option of a further single temporary bed and a single sofa bed in the living area. You will find one main bathroom with bath and built-in shower, basin, mirror and toilet.

Access & Suitability
Access is via the ground floor, with a small set of steps at the front of the building. Once inside the rooms are arranged across one level.

On Your Doorstep
A two minute walk from Earls Court tube station providing fast and excellent access to the rest of London with multiple tube lines departing from here. In the morning, you'll see lots of well dressed West Londoners on their way to work, as this is a very popular area for the English to live - very close to South Kensington and with homes that are much better value than the very central locations. It's a very practicaly place to stay, with plenty of local amenities including several ATMs, grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. Top secret - there's also a really wonderful and not very well known museum called the Mosaic Rooms, with fabulous exhibitions on Middle Eastern art.

There are several supermarkets including a Sainsbury's and a Marks & Spencer's. The Ivy Lettings team's favourite place to have breakfast on Earl's Court road is the fabulous and celebrated Maroush bakery, with fresh bread, excellent coffee and exquisite pastries.

For drinks, the Ivy Lettings team highly recommends Ashbee's Wine Bar, a very good value wine cellar run by the wonderful Elizabetta.

Slightly further afield you come to the Earl’s Court Exhibition Centre that hosts some of the most diverse events and conferences in London.

This London studio apartment vacation rental in a historic, period house, just two minutes from the Earl's Court Road. With a double bedroom and the option for two further sofa beds, this wonderful vacation rental is ideal for excellent value for money London family holidays.

Fantastic location, only a 2 minute walk to Earls Court station and Earls Court road shopping district. The best coffee we found was at a tiny cafe called Over/Under which is literally around the corner from the apartment on Earls Court Rd. The second bed is only a sofa bed in the lounge room but is comfortable enough. The communication with Guy & his team was easy & they were very helpful. I would recommend this apartment for anyone looking for an affordable & central London location

It was greatly appreciated that everything was thought of in the apartment. It is obvious that the owners have actually stayed in the apartment as so many little things that you don’t think of were available, including the instructions on how to use the appliances & dispose of the rubbish, hooks on the back of the bathroom door, plenty of hangers, a drying rack, crockery and cutlery, etc. We were even able to make pancakes on Christmas morning (our Christmas tradition). The heating was extremely effective (which was greatly appreciated, coming from Northern Australia). The bed and sofa beds were all comfortable and the shower hot! The location is perfect, just down the road from the tube station and close to Sainsbury's as well as plenty of pubs and places to have dinner. We would recommend the apartment to anyone and look forward to staying here again.

We lived four persons in that apartment for a month, so it was a bit crowded but we manage to live there anyway. The apartment was small, but very cosy and fresh looking. The area where the apartment was, was even better. A lot of great restaurants, Starbucks and Supermarkets. It was also very close to the tube which was great. My friends and I had a great experience in the apartment at Earls Court Gardens, and I wouldn't mind going back there.

As noted, this apartment is close to the Earl's Court tube station, and there is some noise, but not any more than what you would expect from normal street noise in any city. It in no way kept us up at night. Beside easy access to the tube, there are several grocery stores within very easy walking distance as well as a few nice pubs. Besides the bedroom sleeping accommodations, one of the chairs in the living folds out into a bed- but do expect a lot of early morning sunlight if sleeping there. Overall, a comfortable apartment within easy access to all of London's attractions.

It's superbly located, walking distance from the tube station, supermarkets, Pubs, and pharmacies. The apartment is very clean, confortable, and it's wisely equipped with the necessary items. The only drawback can be the noise from the train trucks (only in case you are not used to it, otherwise, as the days go by, you get use to it), but again, this is just a "flaw" nothing else, since nothing's perfect.
