On Your Doorstep
Ideally located a 2 minute walk from Victoria station, this central London vacation rental is excellent served with an abundance of local amenities, with grocery stores, ATMs, pubs, coffee shops and restaurants all within a few hundred metres. Transport links are equally convenient, with Victoria bus, train and tube station within walking distance, allowing easy access to the rest of the city. Pop down to the riverfront, mere moments away and take in the splendid views of the bridges stretching across the Great River Thames. Riverboat services to Waterloo and Southwark run from Millbank Millennium Pier - these run as water-taxis but are a great way to see the city from another angle as you travel. Travelling along the water’s edge you will come to the refreshing green space of Victoria Tower Gardens, and soon after Big Ben, Parliament Square and Westminster Pier.
This elegant two bedroom Belgravia apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished. The Ivy Lettings team loves this vacation rental for its exceptional living space and easy walking access to Buckingham Palace & the Houses of Parliament. It would suit small families visiting London as it very well located in terms of the famous sights of London, and great transport links.

Impressive & Perfectly located! Our family of 4 stayed at this lovely flat for 8 nights during our first family vacation to London. It was beautifully maintained and decorated; exactly as presented on the website. We have 2 teenagers so the layout was perfect! The kids shared the 2nd bedroom which had 2 twin beds and there was plenty of room for them to have their own space. It was so nice to be able to open up the french doors on the balcony for fresh air and the view of the tree canopied square was spectacular! We loved the location because it was central to all of the sights of London we wanted to see. We were able to walk virtually everywhere! We also liked having the Victoria tube station right around the corner for the few times we needed to take it. Ivy Lettings were always readily available to contact and were prompt to reply and answer our questions. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and their customer service was excellent. We found there was a variety of restaurants & shops within walking distance which was perfect for indulging in local fare and souvenirs. We plan on returning to London to vacation and will absolutely book this property again in the future. We loved it!!!

Our family stayed 6 nights at this beautiful home. It is very nicely furnished and the pictures represent the quality of the lodgings. The location was perfect - near Victoria Station where we were able to catch the bus, tube, and the National Rail. We had little hiccup during our stay, however the wonderful staff Ivy Lettings were very responsive and were able to fix the problem quickly (even though it was a Sunday!). This flat is one of the nicest we have stayed in, and I will definitely utilize Ivy Lettings again for my next trip to London.

Well kept up, nicely decorated, all amenities, everything functional. The private outside space wasn't all that impressive, its a fairly narrow balcony with wall. But the property was as described by Ivy Lettings to include the stairs - which weren't a problem for us but might be for some. The location worked well, easy access to multiple modes of transport, a large grocery store and various restaurants. Ivy Lettings itself was were very good to work with, responsive and efficient.. The whole rental process was quite easy.

We loved the apartment and it was so cosy and appealing from the moment we walked into it. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have 2 bathrooms which both had baths and shower heads attached to the wall. We had WIFI access, a dishwasher, dryer and washing machine and I even found a hair straightener and dryer in the drawers. It is located in a quiet area and there is a great little coffee shop/cafe around the corner and a nice little English pub across the road from the cafe. The apartment is only accessible via steps, there is no lift and to get to the top floor it is about 80 steps from the street access so be aware if you don't like steps. This wasn't an issue for us, the exercise was good and helps counter balance the eating that you do while on holidays! We loved this little apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our time in London.

After trying to wade through what felt like thousands of apartments on various websites, I felt so lucky to discover Ivy Lettings. I described what I was looking for and they were able to help me zero in on the perfect place for my family (two adults and two teenagers). We needed two bedrooms, with one having single beds, and two full bathrooms. We wanted a central location but a quiet street. This flat has many stairs but we didn't mind that at all, and it was just right for us. It was very comfortable and pleasantly decorated. The living room furniture has been updated in a tasteful neutral palette. The kitchen is well equipped and everything was very clean and in good working order. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms small but spotless, and best of all was the quiet peaceful square and leafy view from the windows. When we were faced with a tube strike on the day we needed to leave London, we were just a five minute walk from Victoria Station, where we could catch a train. Everyone at Ivy Lettings was extremely kind, and I was grateful for their helpful communications before and during my stay. I am currently in another rental in another European city and the difference between my experience here and the one I had in London is quite pronounced! I will recommend Ivy Lettings to all my friends and family in the future.

You can walk to Buckingham Palace or Chelsea, or take advantage of the bus and tube connections at Victoria to get practically anywhere in London quickly. Despite the great central location, the apartment is quiet and looks out on a beautiful leafy square - I was never disturbed by any noise or traffic. The apartment is also spacious. I rented this apartment with my wife, but it large enough to comfortably fit a family - with two bedrooms, two baths, a good-sized kitchen, and a very large living room.

First of all, the pictures shown in internet of the flat are exactly as what it is in reality. Everything featured inside was there including wifi. When we arrived, a taxi was waiting for us at the airport with the keys, as we had asked. Once we stepped inside, it was like home sweet home! And very typical London flat. Very cozy with the beds done with white impeccable sheets; extremely clean and modern bathrooms with towels for everyone; soap and all the necessary articles to get started and a whole package of information with every single detail, such as nearby supermarkets, restaurants, underground etc. The apartment was beautiful and had a lovely view of a private park. It was also very quiet and excellent location to get around. It was so pleasant to get back to that flat after a tiring day, to relax in the big living room with everything you needed in the kitchen , It also has dishwasher, washing machine, drying machine, so we really felt at home. This is not recommended for people who do not like exercise or have any problem, since there is no lift and it's on a third floor. For us it was perfect, except if you have to carry very heavy luggage. Apart from that, I would highly recommend it. Communication was very fluent and all my questions were always promptly answered and Alice and Alyce were extremely helpful! Thanks to all the Ivy Lettings team and congratulations on your service.

After a few unpleasant experiences with dishonest agents we decided to rent an apartment from Ivy Lettings, despite their quite high service fee of 180 GBP per rental. I can say they really do something for this money. The reservation process was fast and professional, they were quite flexible with check in and check out times, the apartment was spotless and a couple of minor issues were fixed immediately. The apartment itself was very comfortable, nicely decorated, quiet, very well appointed, everything worked fine (kitchen, wifi, shower, heating). The apt is on top floor and there are 2 flights of stairs in the apt, which wasn't a problem for us. The location is really central, 2 min walk to Victoria Station, the Buckingham Palace and Chelsea in walking distance, a big Sainsburys around the corner and quite a few pubs, bars and restaurants around. Overall, it was one of our best holiday rentals ever and definitely the best one in London ( we travel a lot).

Ivy Lettings were recommended by friends and we were not disappointed. Their service was highly professional at all times, with prompt and helpful responses to all our queries. The flat was immaculate, with everything we could possibly want covered in the information pack provided, including manuals on how to operate the appliances, maps of the neighbourhood, nearby shops and restaurants, and even doctor and dentist contact numbers. The flat is situated in a pretty, quiet, leafy street, and only a 7 minute walk from the nearest station and grocery stores. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well maintained, with everything we used in perfect working order. There were a number of stairs to climb to reach the flat from street level and the flat itself is on 3 levels, which may not suit everyone, but we felt a lot fitter at the end of our 10 day stay! The best part was having all the comfort of home within easy access to central London. We would certainly recommend Ivy Lettings and use them again without hesitation in the future.
