Welcome to this charming South Kensington apartment, set within an architecturally stunning period building just moments from Hyde Park. A long-time favourite with Ivy guests, this home offers an excellent balance of comfort, value, and one of London’s most desirable locations, making it ideal for couples or a small family.
Located on the lower ground floor and accessed via one flight of external stairs, the apartment is compact, welcoming, and thoughtfully arranged. The living area is pleasant and comfortable, furnished with inviting armchairs that make it easy to relax after a day exploring the city. An adjoining fully equipped kitchen provides all the usual appliances needed for easy meals at home.
The sleeping arrangements are cleverly designed within the main living space. The primary bed is a UK double bed (4.5ft wide), positioned on an elevated mezzanine sleeping platform accessed via a wooden ladder. An additional trundle bed in the living area pulls out to create two single beds, making the apartment a practical choice for small families. The bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower, a washbasin, and a WC.
Situated in Ennismore Gardens, the apartment enjoys an exceptional South Kensington location. Hyde Park, the Victoria and Albert Museum, Harrods, and the boutiques of Knightsbridge are all within easy walking distance, while excellent transport links nearby make it easy to explore the rest of London.
It was perfect for our stay and would recommend this flat to anyone staying in London.
It had everything we needed and the laundry was a plus since we were coming from a week's stay in Manchester.
It was also a great value. Thank you for your help and quick response to any questions we've had.
I would definitely stay there again.
My stay at Ennismore Gardens was a 5. The apartment is lovely, and I especially enjoyed the fireplace in the evening. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking breakfast and some pre-prepped dinners from Waitrose! The location is excellent. Some major museums- ( the V&A, Natural History and the Science), Hyde Park, tube lines and nightlife are all within 10 minutes walk of this lovely apartment. It was perfect for me as a solo traveler.
The dishwasher did not turn on when I followed
the instructions in the home guide. It may be a problem on my end, but I wanted you to be aware.
