Description

We're thrilled to welcome this beautiful mid-terrace Victorian home in the heart of St John's Wood, offering a peaceful village atmosphere that is minutes from London's West End.

This lovely, terraced period house is arranged over three floors and offers well-proportioned rooms with contemporary finishes while retaining period character. A welcoming living room with ample natural lighting, a large bay window, an impressive feature fireplace, and solid wooden floors. A dining area seating six leads into a modern kitchen with direct access to a South West facing sun terrace. A guest's cloakroom is also located on this level.

The second floor comprises the spacious master bedroom with a UK king-sized bed (5ft wide) and an ensuite shower with a separate bath. Two further bedrooms, one with a UK king and the second with a UK double bed (4.5ft wide), are serviced by a family bathroom with shower over bath. The third-floor attic bedroom, with a UK king-sized bed (5ft wide), is bright and spacious, with two large skylights and an ensuite shower.

There is no shortage of outdoor space in St John's Wood, with Regents Park and Primrose Hill just a short stroll away. St John's Wood High Street boasts a wide range of independent shops, cafés and restaurants, and all of the amenities of Clifton Road in Little Venice. Regents Canal is just a short stroll away, as are St John's Wood Underground station (Jubilee line) and Warwick Avenue Underground station (Bakerloo line).

A very nice place located in a gorgeous neighborhood! Easy communication with the host. Clean. Large rooms (primary bedroom/bath especially). Super cute attic bedroom has treehouse vibes -- if the treehouse also has a comfy bed and its own bathroom. Host was very accommodating of our needs. Lovely little back patio for morning coffee. If you're lucky a neighborhood cat will stroll by along the fence. Be aware that the key pickup is at a 24-hour convenience store -- a 9-minute walk. Bottom line: Our party of 4 loved staying here -- perfect location, perfect amenities. Highly recommend! Would 10/10 be back!

The home was a perfect place for our family of 6(3 generations). It is out of the busy city but a short 12 minute walk to the Saint John’s Wood tube station and a bonus was getting to cross the famous Abber Road crossing each time. The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful.
