LIVING & EATING
As you enter the home, you are greeted by double reception rooms with comfortable seating, wall mounted TV and a fireplace. These rooms lead through to the dining room and then then the fully fitted kitchen. The home benefits from two further living areas: a TV room/study on the second floor and a wonderful, bright conservatory living room on the top floor opening onto a roof deck with outside seating.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The home has 3 double bedrooms, one of which is configurable as a twin room. The first floor accommodates the master bedroom and a large family bathroom with bath, and also, down some steps, a further bathroom with shower stall and separate utility room. The second floor has two further bedrooms.

ACCESS & LAYOUT
This home is set over four floors and is accessed at street level. There is no elevator.

This home benefits from an unbeatable location on a quiet residential street but moments from one of London’s most iconic streets, Knightsbridge. Harrods and Harvey Nichols are within 5 minutes walk, as is Hyde Park. Slightly further but within easy reach still are the V&A, Natural History and Science Museums, and South Ken. Lovely quiet home in Knightsbridge a few minutes walk from Harrods. Our family of five rented a spacious home through Ivy Lettings in Montpelier Walk. It was very close to bus and tube transport and walking distance to Hyde Park, Harrods, the Natural History Museum and lots of other tourist sights. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there and loved being close to all the Christmas festivities, but able to return at the end of a long day and unwind in a home away from home and feel totally private and quiet.

The house is great location. It is walking distance to Hyde Park, two Underground stations, Harrod's, three bedrooms and the two baths it's good for us six person. great laundry room but the kitchen and dining room is small it's comfortable house for us... but there is alot of steps so it's not suitable for baby/young infant

This is a fun house in a fantastic location. It is walking distance to Hyde Park, two Underground stations, Harrod's, the Victoria & Albert Museum, restaurants and grocery stores, yet it is tucked off the main street in a quiet little pocket of the neighborhood. We quickly familiarized ourselves with the area and felt right at home. The three bedrooms were comfortable and the two baths were adequate for our party of six. A laundry room is very handy for extended stays. The roof deck and adjacent small indoor lounge were lovely; we enjoyed breakfast and cocktails up there most nights. Sunsets provided particularly beautiful views. The kitchen and dining room are a bit small for six people, but the rest of the house has enough rooms that everyone can spread out as needed. Some furniture could use updating but overall the home is nicely appointed and comfortable. One note for travelers with small children and/or anyone who tires easily or has trouble walking: there are a LOT of stairs in this home. (58 - we counted!) There are multiple levels in both the front and back of the row house, so you are constantly mounting or descending stairs. We got used to it but it could be a problem for some guests.

Montpelier Walk was very nice, quaint, and clean. Rooftop patio, and sunroom on top floor was a pleasant surprise and offered an escape in the mornings to drink coffee, and evenings with a glass of wine. I spent many hours reviewing all of the properties available in London through VRBO. I selected Montpelier Walk, and was very pleased with the size of the rooms, kitchen, and general living space. Only complaint - no top sheets on the beds, and some lightbulbs needed to be replaced (really minor complaints). I would recommend it to anyone considering the property
