We’re proud to present this very elegant five bedroom Kensington house. Spanning over 3450 square feet, with high ceilings and wonderful proportions, Palace Gardens Terrace is a rare find in a very special location.
The ground floor comprises a comfortable sitting room opening onto a terrace overlooking the garden, a dining room and a cloakroom off the hallway. These rooms are flooded with light and sense of space. The lower ground floor hosts the eat-in kitchen and TV room, and access to the private garden at the rear of the house (complete with patio furniture for al fresco summer meals). A utility/laundry room is accessed on this level also.
The first floor accommodates the master with UK superking bed (6 ft wide) and en suite bathroom (bath and shower stall) and second double (5 ft wide bed) with en suite shower room. The second floor has three further bedrooms: two doubles (one with en suite shower room) and a twin room (shown as a single but with a second trundle bed underneath). A family bathroom with shower over bath serves these additional bedrooms.
Palace Gardens Terrace is an archetypal white stuccoed residential road between Kensington High Street and Notting Hill Gate. The genteel address belies fabulous and easily accessible amenities - excellent restaurants and London’s flagship Whole Foods superstore, the world famous Notting Hill, Kensington Palace and both Kensington High St and Notting Hill tube stations within easily walking distance.
