These rooms are flooded with light and sense of space. The lower ground floor hosts the eat-in kitchen and TV room, and access to the private garden at the rear of the house (complete with patio furniture for al fresco summer meals). A utility/laundry room is accessed on this level also.
The first floor accommodates the master with UK superking bed (6 ft wide) and en suite bathroom (bath and shower stall) and second double (5 ft wide bed) with en suite shower room. The second floor has three further bedrooms: two doubles (one with en suite shower room) and a twin room (shown as a single but with a second trundle bed underneath). A family bathroom with shower over bath serves these additional bedrooms.
