To the rear, the fully equipped kitchen opens into a bright conservatory dining room, where large windows flood the space with natural light, making it an ideal spot for shared meals and entertaining. A separate WC is also located on this level.

Upstairs, the bedrooms are arranged across the upper floors. The principal bedroom features a UK super king-sized bed (6ft wide) and benefits from its own en-suite shower room. The second bedroom offers a UK king-sized bed (5ft wide) or UK super king-sized bed (6ft wide), while the third bedroom includes a single bed. Hello! I would rate our stay a 5. This is the second time we’ve booked with Ivy and we have been very pleased with the responsiveness, quality of service and quality of accommodations. The Queensdale Place property was exactly as listed and very spacious and comfortable, as well as being in a convenient location. We had one small issue with the wifi upon arrival and it was addressed promptly and thoroughly.

5 stars - was a wonderful flat! Great location and very clean - thank you and the owner for allowing us to rent there for a great vacation. Only thing we had difficulty with was the WiFi - couldn’t seem to locate it when searching for it. But no worries -we were gone most days anyway. Otherwise everything was wonderful. Thank you!

Staying at Queensdale Place this past week was a joy. A charming, well appointed mews home that is convenient to the Holland Park tube station as well as numerous shops and restaurants in tree lined, comfortable neighborhood was such a bonus. It was sad to leave our “ home away from home”! Working with the Ivy group was a well organized pleasure

Great house, charming location. We were a party of 2 adults, 4 grown up kids, sightseeing in London for a week. The house was well appointed, spotlessly clean, and close to tube stations including Latimer Rd, Holland Park and Shepherds Bush. Grocery stores nearby, a giant mall (the Westfield), and great dining out options. Walkable to Notting Hill and Kensington Gardens. We were in the house for the 40C/104F weather and the house remained very cool downstairs throughout. Fans thoughtfully provided for all bedrooms. Would highly recommend.
