The large kitchen with beautiful Falcon cooker is fully stocked with all utensils and equipment you may need. Beyond the kitchen island is a wooden dining table to seat six. The kitchen also opens out onto the paved garden, complete with table and wrought iron chairs – perfect for al fresco dining.
The cosy living rooms boasts two sofas, an arm chair and a rocking chair, with two fireplaces – although one is now used to store wine! Large bay windows bathe this room with natural light..
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The master bedroom has a UK king-size bed (5ft wide), with mahogany chest of drawers, dressing table and another fireplace. The second bedroom has a small double bed (4ft wide) set in a pretty white wrought iron bed frame.
The bright family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, and there is also a separate WC downstairs.

It was an amazing stay in such a lovely place! We highly appreciated prompt responses, within one hour, the accuracy of all instructions, the cleanliness and coziness of the apartment! Especially what we liked in this nice and silent place was a private garden and outdoor sitting area, a large kitchen fully equipped with professional hob/cooker, lots of crockery and stuff, good dishwasher and washing machine, and also large and stylish bedrooms with crystal white bedlinen and very clean bathrooms with fresh towels and toiletries, and, of course, so cozy fireplaces, amazing books and very English spirit of the house! We enjoyed making some shopping at Whole Foods and Waitrose, and nearby Tesco store, walks at Bishops’ Park and and we would be happy to come again! Thank you!

A lovely home perfect for our one week visit. The property looked good from the photos, and far exceeded our expectations when we arrived. We chose this address because it was steps from our daughter’s Fulham flat. It’s two bedrooms, dinning, kitchen and sitting room provided abundant space for mum, dad, and nan (grandma). The kitchen was fully modern with a very well-stocked Kitchen. Several restaurants were within walking distance. A Tesco (small grocery) was very close for a quick evening wine run. Taxis were difficult to catch from the area, and we became very familiar with the convenience of Uber which worked perfectly. There are several sets of stairs (for those who need to consider that), and a nice enclosed private patio/courtyard off the large kitchen. Overall, the price was a very good value for a very nice home. The staff at Ivy Lettings were beyond helpful and it was a completely smooth transaction process to get the keys and they have a helpful notebook at the house which answered most questions. We will definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend Ivy Lettings to anyone needing accommodations’ in London!

Thank you to the Ivy team for a very enjoyable and 'to plan' stay. We appreciated the personal check in and recommendation of taxi service. The street is quiet and very residential, but there are shops and plenty of restaurants round the corner. Few tourists too, which was nice. The nearest train station is 12 minutes walk and it does take 30 minutes to get to the West End. We took a taxi though, which worked well. The house was clean and tidy and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We will remember our evening drinks on the terrace outside, and the lovely lady who let us in and showed us how to open the door!
