Sinclair Road

We needed a last-minute booking after our original host cancelled on us mere days before our trip, and Guy John's place ended up being perfect for us. A short walk from Shepherds Bush, Hammersmith, and Kensington Olympia tube stations, this was a great spot to quickly get into central London with plenty of local shopping and eating options nearby. Unfortunately, the washer/dryer broke during our stay (which we had planned on using and had packed lightly for accordingly). The hosts made every effort to remedy the situation by sending a tech out to attempt a repair and, when it became apparent that parts were needed to be ordered in order to fix it, offered a generous refund to cover laundromat costs and the hassle of the situation. It is fixed now, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Between the prime location (we walked to Portobello market, Notting Hill, Kensington palace, etc straight from the flat) and excellent communication from the hosts, this was overall a great stay

The place is really nice and quiet.

We loved the location and short walk to Holland Park. Public transport is excellent too.

The home was clean and well set up for five people.

This was our first time staying in London and this location was perfect. We enjoyed a local neighborhood while still having easy access to a variety of sites. The property was clean, quiet and very accommodating. It matched the description perfectly. Easy access (10 minute walk) to tube station or train.

Lovely decor and very comfortable. Great bed, nice linens. I loved the large windows at the back of the living area looking on to a garden area - green and peaceful.

5 star all the way! This is an absolutely perfect flat in a wonderful part of London. Easily big enough for 4 of us, including 2 growing teens. Management was incredibly helpful and friendly. The flat is wonderful. I would easily return!

Excellent place to stay while in London. Comfortable and clean in a very central location. We had a fantastic time.

Our family had the best time visiting London from the comfort of this flat. It was incredibly well appointed and comfortable! Noticeable things like soft pillows and blankets, hot water for showers are so appreciated after long days exploring London. It’s also so well situated between two tube stations making getting around so easy. I would highly recommend this location for families or friends travelling together. If I am ever lucky enough to travel to London again, I will absolutely hope to stay in this flat in Shepherd’s Bush!

We just enjoyed a wonderful visit to London and were so pleased with our accommodations. The property manager was always so prompt in responding to any inquiries and was so courteous. The location is very close to the central line - Shepherds Bush tube stop - and getting around London was very easy. The flat is very clean, bright and a nice respite from a day of walking all over the place. I appreciated the two bathrooms and the washer/dryer. The beds were comfortable, the living space very nice and the kitchen fully functional. I would definitely stay here again for a future visit. It’s perfect for families. We had a great stay with plenty of room. Kitchen was small, but handy. Easy walk to two metros. Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith. Great pubs a short walk from the house.

I cannot over-state how much we enjoyed our stay in this Shepherds Bush apartment. The unit was clean, well equipped, a short walk to the Tube, and all requests for assistance (no issues with the apartment) from Ivy’s team were quickly addressed. The unit will easily accommodate two couples or a larger family…the loft is best for younger folks given access is via a short ladder but the bed there is very comfortable. Other beds are also very comfortable…a pleasure after a long day/evening touring London. This flat is a real find…we’ll be booking it again for a follow up visit and recommend it to friends/family. Absolutely loved our stay at Sinclair Road property! The attention to detail was impressive, from the stylish decor to the well-equipped kitchen.
