St George's Square Belgravia

Beautiful apartment in nice neighborhood. Very close to the tube yet quiet and peaceful at night. Spotless furniture & linens, Free of clutter, Squeaky-clean bathroom and a Pristine kitchen!

For our family of four, this place was great. Perfect location - we simply walked to plenty of London's (mandatory) tourists attractions, and for when we didn't feel like walking, the Tube station was a two-minute walk away. There were nearby little grocery stores, and a coffee shop, too. The space was clean and quiet (except on Friday night the local church has bell practice - but we absolutely loved it!).

Thank you for letting us stay, we had a great time in your conveniently located apartment.

Perfect location in a quiet area, Pimlico underground is 2 minutes away, and lots of very nice pubs and cafés in the area, small groceries around and Waitrose or Tesco within 10 minutes walk. Also easy to walk to Victoria Underground (15 minutes walk).

The 2 bedrooms first-floor apartment is comfortable - kitchen contains everything needed to provide meals for a family of 4, dish machine useful. Beware of steep stairs if you carry heavy suitcases (there is a small lift, which unfortunately stops half way to the 1st floor). We were a party of 3 adults and enjoyed our stay very much. Walking distance to Tate Britain, and 25 mn walk to Sloane Square area, and easy buses to reach Picadilly area.

We have an absolutely wonderful time at Ivy’s house. The house itself is really nice designed - amazing French windows, balcony and open kitchen. Sofa and beds are really comfortable. The view outside balcony and the single beds bedroom are also really nice. All the necessities from cookery equipment to washing products are provided. In addition, MTR station takes maximum 3 minutes walk and decent supermarkets like Waitrose and Tesco takes 7 minutes walk. Overall this stay still provides us a great combination of elegance and cozy at the same time. Ps. Tate Britain is also really close to Ivy’s house - less than 15 minutes walk!!!

Neat, two bedroom apartment located very close to Pimlico Station and with easy access to central London, Chelsea and Kensington for the Science Museum etc. Ivy were very supportive in sending a team member to meet and show us the key features of the apartment despite our late arrival after the storms.

Just an amazing start to finish, the flat was comfortable for 4 adults in a area where you are close enough to the centre of London but far enough to escape the crowds.Pimlico has a small town feel with great restaurants .I would recommend this flat to anyone one who wants a comfortable stay. Great flat, Great location! Exactly as depicted in pictures and write up. Neighbourhood is quiet and picturesque. We loved be able to relax at the neighbourhood pub and grab necessities at the two convenience stores. Train is truly a 2 min walk as others have said. There are other great restaurants in walking distance. Building is quiet and well maintained. Eliza was fantastic and responsive to questions. If you are look for a “home” in London - this is it.

This flat is in an excellent location close to the tube station, grocery stores and restaurants. It is clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable and the atmosphere was very nice. It was a little crowded for four people to share one bathroom but we made it work. I would highly recommend this flat for a tourist visit to London.

We loved the flat and will certainly contact you again next time we are going to be staying in London. My wife and I lived in London from 1989 - 1996 before moving to the Caribbean. While I have visited London often in the years, since staying in various hotels, this was the first time we felt we had recaptured the essence of the city and in particular Pimlico. It was wonderful and we especially enjoyed introducing our two teenage daughters to the area and giving them a taste of what it is like to live in the area. The flat was very nice – comfortable and well appointed. The service from your team was excellent and it really felt that people were available to help, but without being at all intrusive.

It's the perfect location and the perfect size for a family of 4 (two teens). The flat was so close to the Pimlico tube station (3-4 min walk) that we had no trouble getting where we wanted to go during our 7 day stay. The surrounding area had a nice collection of places to eat, grocery, cafes and pubs. We walked in the area at night and felt very safe. The property was clean, bright, comfortable and well stocked for what we needed. While I prepared no meals (it's a vacation after all), the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates and cooking basics, etc. Detergents for the dishwasher and washing machine were provided. The fridge/freezer is large if you are staying a longer time or prefer to cook. Beds were cozy and both bedrooms were at the back of the house, very quiet. The small balcony was the perfect place to start and end the day with coffee/wine. There were no issues with WiFi or anything having to do with the rental so there was no need to communicate with Ivy Lettings once we were checked in but we were given all the info we'd need should a question arise. All pre-trip communication was quick and easy. We can't wait to come back to see more of London and we wouldn't hesitate renting here again.

Perfect property for a family or two couples. The apartment at St. George's Square was a perfect choice for a family. The apartment was spotless, lovely beds, good and adequate linens, plenty of hot water, and surprisingly spacious. One can never really know from a photo. The apartment was a perfect location: close to tube and bus transport, easy walking distance to Victoria Station, in a quiet residential neighbourhood with lots of good family restaurants and grocery stores and a local farmers market. The bed was reported to be a queen size but seemed larger. We are tall and used to a king size bed but did not seem at all squeezed. The other room had twin beds for our granddaughters. Working with Ivy Lettings was a breeze. They are responsive, accurate and most accommodating. There were absolutely no problems or surprises. Thank you, Alyce. We booked transport from Heathrow through them and it was a good choice. It was worth the price to have a driver meet us and take us directly to the apartment. At this point in my life I am done with trying to find an address in a strange city after an overseas flight. We did take the tube back to the airport for our return. It is an easy 40 minute trip using the tube from the Pimlico station. I might not need a 2 bedroom apartment for a future trip but will definitely use Ivy Lettings."

Booking, check in and check out were a breeze. As the apartment is managed professionally, the sheets and towels were changed during our stay which was lovely, and a couple of issues with the apartment were immediately resolved by Alice and her team (they were so responsive!) Most important of all for me was that Alice very kindly rescued me when I had locked myself out... I'll be grateful for that forever. The apartment itself was perfect for our purposes.

We picked the apartment primarily because we wanted something close to the tube station, and we were not disappointed. It is a 2 minute walk to the station. Between the station and the apartment were two small markets and a lovely wine shop that had enough for us to be happy for 5 days. The two bedrooms are great, and were enough for our family of 4. The living and kitchen areas are bright and open, and the balcony out front is a great place to sit out at night. Even though it was close to a tube station, and a stop away from Victoria station, the neighborhood is quiet, which was surprising for how in the middle of everything it is. One small complaint, and it’s barely a complaint, is how small the bathroom is. Opening the shower door most of the way will hit the on/off toggle, so it is a tight fit. Other than that, everything was fantastic. Management was easy to reach and very nice. I would highly recommend this place, and definitely would stay there again when we come back to London.
