You’ll enter this house directly into the stunning eat-in kitchen, which has a large sliding door opening directly onto the mews. Heading up the stairs, you’ll find the very bright sitting room, which is bathed in light from the large skylight and windows.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This home has three bedrooms: a double and single on the ground floor, and the master bedroom on the first floor, with en suite shower room. The ground floor has a family shower room and further cloakroom/WC.

The house is set over two floors, with access at street level.

This home is stunning and we particularly love the finishes which complete this redesign of this home by its architect owner, including a cool concrete floor and striking Buster & Punch brassware. Its location on a cobbled mews gives it a wonderful sense of tranquillity.

The situation of this home almost cannot be beaten. Within easy walking distance to the west, you’ll find the heart of Notting Hill and to the south, Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. Access to the West End couldn’t be easier, with Queensway underground within 5 minutes’ walk and from there it’s a few steps from to Mayfair & Theatreland.

The location of this flat is wonderful! Close to everything, including the Tube, and only a 20 minute walk to Portobello road market. I was surprised a bit by the layout as I wasn’t expecting a two story. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor with the kitchen, the master bedroom is upstairs next to the living room. Just fyi for those who might have little kids. It worked well for us since my kids are teenagers. The flat is comfortable and clean. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable! The upstairs has a/c which surprised and thrilled us! The flat is well appointed. We really enjoyed this beautiful flat on a very charming cobblestone street!

This is our second stay with Ivy. The location was perfect as we could easily reach the museums and parks we wanted to explore (Hyde Park took us by surprise, it was so big within the city!). The property itself was super clean and very nicely furnished. We have no hesitation in using Ivy again if we visit London again.
