LIVING & EATING
The home has a large open plan kitchen and living room, with dining space for four. This light room opens onto a large private balcony with views over the River Thames.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Two bedrooms are located off the entrance hall of the apartment, one with UK king size (5ft wide) bed, the second with twin single beds. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom (with shower stall) whilst the family bathroom serves the second bedroom, with a bath and shower.

ACCESS & LAYOUT
The home is located on the first floor of an apartment block, with elevator access. It is set out over a single level.

ON YOUR DOORSTEP
This smart residential development accommodates a number of local amenities, including some popular restaurants, cafes and very handy supermarket, all within a few minutes’ walk of the entrance to the block. Within 5 minutes’ walk is Imperial Wharf Overground rail station, which offers very regular access to West Brompton (from where you can join the District Line for quick access to the Houses of Parliament and the West End) and further north to Kensington Olympia and Shepherd’s Bush, bringing the world famous Westfield shopping centre to within 15 minutes of this excellent apartment.

I have been extremely satisfied with the London accommodation that I have booked through Ivy Lettings, both in 2015 when my husband and I booked apartments on two occasions through the Company and in 2017 when I had a short holiday in London during which I also booked my accommodation through Ivy. I found that the apartments in each case were very convenient and comfortable and catered for our needs in every way. Advance information from Ivy regarding access to each apartment, surrounding shops and transport was extremely helpful and accurate and we received prompt replies to any queries. I am considering a further London holiday later in 2018 and if it eventuates I will certainly be expecting to use Ivy's services. I am happy to recommend them.
