Covid-19 Flexible Guest Cancellation Terms

Until further notice, bookings made from 20 May 2020 for stays commencing from 1 August 2020 will be eligible for cancellation by the guest free of charge* provided (i) they are cancelled at least 7 days prior to the start of the booking and (ii) the cancellation is required following the guest’s flights being cancelled in relation to the Covid-19 pandemic.


Please Note:

1. The owners of some of our properties have opted out of these flexible terms. We will advise when you enquire. Our standard Guest Terms of Business will apply as usual to bookings at these properties.

2. Our standard Guest Terms of Business will apply to any bookings not meeting the above criteria. Supporting documents may be required. Bookings will not be eligible for a refund under these flexible terms if, at the time of making the booking, travel to the UK over the planned booking date is subject to government travel advisory or prohibition against such travel.

3. Bookings made prior to 20 May 2020, including any such bookings rescheduled, moved or rebooked following this date, are subject to our standard Guest Terms of Business, which may be varied at the discretion of the host and Ivy for bookings affected by Covid-19.
