Intro
Ivy is London's most trusted short term rentals agency: since 2009 we have built a large international renter client base and accommodated over 50,000 guests in our properties. We're inviting premium London homes to join our portfolio to meet growing demand for our short term rentals, and we're generously rewarding successful introductions to new hosts. This offer is limited to 25 new host introductions on a first-registered basis.
The Homes We’re Looking For
Homes must be located in London (zone 1 and 'inner' zone 2), available for at least ten weeks per year and furnished and finished to a high standard. We don’t have any particular 'type' - Chelsea townhouses, Notting Hill flats, Covent Garden penthouses, Pimlico lower ground apartments, Knightsbridge studios - all are considered. How The Rewards Work
It’s very simple - each home you introduce can earn £5,000, split between the introducer and the host, paid out incrementally after every second booking in the introduced home: £400 once the second booking is completed, £400 after the fourth booking, and so on. (For homes with a standard rate of £175/nt or less, the payout is £250 in each case, but the maximum of £5,000 still applies.) Even a ‘mid-performing’ home should see the full £5,000 earned in 6-9 months after introduction, and high performing ones much more quickly.
If someone introduces the homeowner to Ivy, the introducer and new host earn up to £2,500 each. These rewards are paid out in increments of £200 (to introducer and host each), paid out following every second completed booking, up to a total of £5,000.
If the host 'introduces' themselves, they receive the full £5,000. These rewards are paid out in increments of £400, paid out following every second completed booking, up to a total of £5,000.
(For sub £175/nt homes, payouts are £125 (introducer and host each) and £250 (self-introduced hosts) every second booking.)
Why This Programme Is So Generous
We value word of mouth far more than traditional advertising. An introduction from someone who knows the homeowner is almost always the beginning of a strong, long-lasting relationship, so we prefer to reward you and the homeowner, rather than spend on marketing.
What’s The Catch?
There isn’t one. You just need to make the introduction, and we’ll take care of the rest. Homes can only be introduced once, but there’s no limit to the number of homes you can introduce. This is the most generous referral programme ever seen in our industry though, so early movers will benefit most!

Terms
1/ Homes can only be introduced once and are accepted on a first-come, first-recorded basis.
2/ The offer only applies to new homes. It excludes homes already/previously listed with Ivy, or prospective hosts we’re already in communication with.
3/ We don't have to have exclusivity (but exclusively listed homes will generate the intro fees more quickly).
4/ Fees are only payable in respect of homes we approve for admission to our portfolio and following completion of every second booking in the home.
5/ This introduction programme is strictly limited to the first 25 new homes introduced.
