Lovely stay. The home has a beautiful, well-stocked kitchen. The garden is a perfect escape. The basement is modernized, with tall ceilings, and plenty of space for kids to play. The rooms and beds are comfortable.

The townhouse in Woodfall st was in a great location, quite area but close to all amenities.

The perfect family trip home! My wife and 2 kids spent the week in London, and this house was the PERFECT homebase for our adventures throughout the city. Our itinerary took us to Wembley, Hyde Park, Mayfar, Marlyebone, West End, Buckingham, the London Eye, and this home was perfectly located (< .4mi to South Kensington Tube and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood... perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city). There's great shopping and dining (sit-down + grab-and-go coffee, etc) nearby, and friendly neighbors (a safe, welcoming area). I would HIGHLY recommend this home!

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment in London! The location was perfect. The apartment is very clean, modern, and very cozy. We felt at home right away. Check-in was smooth. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it!

An elegant flat in a perfect location in Chelsea. Just a short walk to Kings Road, but far enough away to not be bothered by any traffic. While it was not inconvenient for our grandchildren, there are eight steps to get into the flat and 14 steps within the flat. We were so happy to be away from the crowds of tourist in Knightsbridge where we have typically stayed on our frequent visits to London. One evening we dined in the restaurant virtually across the street and had a fabulous meal. We also dined at Cross Keys a very nice pub with a 10 minute walk. It definitely deserves all five stars.

Everything about the house was great except for the beds. The hosts were great, accommodating and helpful.

We stayed in St Anselm’s place, which we really enjoyed! The location is perfect, so central. The kitchen is amazing, no microwave!, not that I cooked! There is a balcony which is nice and walk in shower. Bond Street tube (Jubilee line) is 2 minutes away. My husband took the tube to Heathrow early one morning, 35 minutes and I think £13. I would definitely recommend this property and we will stay there again!

Great location, incredibly quiet, but it really needed a microwave and a dining space big enough for two to sit comfortably. Overall a great place to stay.

Great location and very spacious apartment!

We'd give it a 5. The convenience of having the Underground just steps away was invaluable. Beds were very comfortable. We loved the eclectic decorations, and the appliances worked well. (Manuals for the stove, oven, and washing machine would have been helpful.) I also appreciated the prompt communication from Ivy when we couldn't locate the second air conditioner on our first night.

I always try to stay in Pimlico, a quiet residential area near Victoria and Westminster with good tube and bus connections to the sights. Cambridge St was a 5 star plus rental. I loved this flat. The owner has created a delightful pied a terre for one or two people on the ground floor, suitable for elderly like myself. The flat is tastefully decorated and furnished with a quiet bedroom at the back and a comfortable bed with nice linens. Wifi and TV were reliable.Grocery shopping on Lupus St (two blocks away) along with a Tesco Express, Post Office with Cash Point (ATM), a popular Italian Deli, coffee shops, fish and chips shop.Many restaurants in the Victoria, Ebury St and surrounding areas. If you don't know London well, use the tfl.gov.uk journey planner for bus and tube routes from Pimlico. St. Gabriel's church is nearby and has special concerts. Enjoy your stay!

Definitely a 5!  Location, cleanliness, communication all a 5!

Everything was fantastic. 

We completely enjoyed our stay at the Parsons Green flat. Plenty of space for 2 couples to live comfortably AND with a shared space for gathering in the kitchen and living room. We cooked our breakfast each morning and headed out for the day to explore the sites of London, all the while knowing we could come back home and find an amazing restaurant in our neighborhood for dinner. The co-op is just across the street for groceries. A few coffee houses were also nearby on the walk to the Tube station…not even 5 minutes away from the front door. We especially appreciated the 2 A/C units for use as we hit the hottest week of the year in London. The washer/dryer was also an amazing addition so we could clean up our sweaty clothes before heading to our 12-day cruise! All in all, a perfect place for us to rest our heads for the 6 days in town.

5. We love staying at 25 Smith Street.  It is perfectly suited for our needs.

Fabulous, vibrant neighborhood. Walkable to so much. Beautiful flat. 5 of us (2 adults, 2 teens, 1 kid) fit perfectly. Clean, nicely designed, well stocked (I wish there were coffee pods for the Keurig, but with abundant coffee shops out the door, it was fine). We were there during quite a heat wave, and the flat was a lovely respite. The neighborhood is lively and noisy (how we like it!), but that level of bustle may not be for everyone. Would stay again!

A great clean modern space in a fantastic location by Parsons Green. Well equipped kitchen, large living area and new bathrooms. You are on the New Kings Road so there is some noise but its not a problem. Very walkable and less than 10 min to the tube, plus loads of Lime bikes everywhere. Good restaurants, coffee places, parks and pubs around. The key collect is a bit of a hassle from a local shop which is not walkable with luggage so make sure you stop off and get the keys before you get to the flat. Apart from that all good.

The home is lovely and was perfect for our stay.

What a lovely home! It offered ample space for us to relax comfortably. We really enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, the charming patio with its dining setup, and the convenient location. The bedroom air conditioning and the cosy TV room were definite highlights, along with the wonderful collection of books.

We really enjoyed our stay, so a score of 5. The location was perfect; in fact, my husband flew back to the US yesterday and took the Elizabeth line (a very short walk) to Heathrow in 25 minutes at 6:30 am. The kitchen was fabulous, even though we didn't cook! We will definitely be back! Thank you. 

Thank for your great service. 5 stars! It is our second time staying in London at one of your properties and we really felt the difference between an AirBnb and your service. Communication is key. The home was gorgeous too and we have enjoyed spending time there.Thank you also for extending our check out time yesterday. It was much appreciated. My daughter is not feeling 100% and truly needed to stay in bed for as long as possible yesterday. She is now home in Switzerland in her own bed. ;) Even your cleaner was so sweet and helpful yesterday with our delayed departure, luggage, etc. Just a note for you about the master bath, it is very slow to drain. So we often turned the water on and off while showering, not to fill the bath with water. It was like this from the first shower. Thank you again and we look forward to our next London stay with you.

Location was superb and a good size for London for a family of 4. Great cosy flat and the fans were and added bonus given the current heat.
