We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful Chelsea neighborhood. The apartment was lovely and centrally located to two tube stops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Our family of four was comfortable and loved having the luxury of a washing machine for the stay. Saving this home for future trips to London!

We really enjoyed our stay- the apartment was just as described- very charming, light and bright, warm and welcoming and in a great location!  The kitchen is quite outdated but that is evident from the photos so it was just as represented.   We appreciate knowing the Ivy Letting team is there in case of a problem and will return to an Ivy property without doubt!   5-star stay!

5. We had a great stay in Fulham, and the flat was perfect for us with lots of space to spread out. A proper washer and dryer made doing laundry very easy. The location was grea,t being so close to the Underground station, and most destinations in London were no more than 1 transfer away. Grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, and shops nearby made it very easy for us. Highly recommended and we would stay there again!

Rating 5! The house was as described in the listing, fit our group of six adults very well with plenty of space and privacy, great kitchen and living areas. The location was nice and quiet but still close to shops, pubs, tube, and bus. The hosts provide everything you need. We were very comfortable and would definitely stay there again.

This beautiful house suited our three-generation family get-together so well. Huge rooms, numerous bathrooms, fabulous well equipped kitchen and in a gorgeous part of London. Access and unloading was easy, and the location was superb.

This space was such a stunning addition to our adventure. Easy to navigate from. In walking distance from some of Notting Hill’s finest restaurants and shopping, while still feeling private. We had an issue with an appliance, and the response and attempts to help were quick and kind. No issues with communication ever. This is definitely a home I’d love to spend more time in and look forward to hopefully returning.

5!  We had a wonderful stay.  The apartment is beautiful, quiet and conveniently located with two tube stations and several bus stops within very easy walking distance.  Paddington Station was a little further but a very nice walk from the apartment as well, which made getting to and from the airport especially easy.  Check-in was extremely easy, and the Ivy Lettings staff were very good about communication.  

5 out of 5. The flat was perfect for our family of two parents and two adult children. Location was perfect, and the accommodations were just as advertised. Would highly recommend!

First of all we very much appreciated the illuminated Christmas tree upon entering. The house was very well presented, welcoming and cozy, the perfect gateway for our Christmas days. We especially appreciated the very well equipped kitchen. We hope to stay at one of your properties again soon.

We just returned from our stay at the lovely Donne Place.  Everything about this place is 5-star.  The location is excellent!  Located on a quiet street, only a ten-minute walk to King's Road/Sloane Square.  It’s located right around the corner from our favourite Italian restaurant called Daphne’s.   This is the first place that I have stayed in London where the actual rooms are larger than they look in the pictures.  The entire home is tastefully and comfortably furnished.  Great artwork on the walls.  Comfortable mattresses, nice cotton sheets and warm comforters.   The kitchen has everything you could need.  We cooked Christmas dinner and had every tool needed.  The appliances are all top of the line.  The washer and dryer came in very handy for our 10-day trip. This is the second time I have rented through Ivy, and I will never go back to AIRBNB.  The Ivy team is responsive and there to help.  They are professional and friendly.  They seem to be very selective as to the properties they represent.  This assures me that the places will be nice.  I have full confidence and look forward to booking with them in the summer.

As others have said it is up several flights of stairs so you want to be sure you can manage that. The entry and the stairway are not that attractive However, once you get into the apartment it is very nice with two proper bedrooms and full baths as well as a well equipped kitchen. We were three adults and found it very comfortable. We enjoyed the neighborhood which is quiet and offers close proximity to the tube station as well as Regent's Park. It was very convenient to take the Heathrow Express to the tube and walk to the apartment.

It was excellent.  So comfortable and very close to central London and the tube.  

It was so special to be in the heart of Chelsea and especially at Christmas 

Great stay in a perfect location. Walkable to parks, museums, restaurants and subway. Nice, clean, and warm house on a quiet street but close to everything. Would definitely stay again!

Great apartment, superb location - heart of London - easy walking to great restaurants, theatre and the christmas lights ! Guy and team were super helpful and responsive.

We needed a last minute booking after our original host cancelled on us mere days before our trip, and Guy John's place ended up being perfect for us. A short walk from Shepherds Bush, Hammersmith, and Kensington Olympia tube stations, this was a great spot to quickly get into central London with plenty of local shopping and eating options nearby. Unfortunately, the washer/dryer broke during our stay (which we had planned on using and had packed lightly for accordingly). The hosts made every effort to remedy the situation by sending a tech out to attempt a repair and, when it became apparent that parts were needed to be ordered in order to fix it, offered a generous refund to cover laundromat costs and the hassle of the situation. It is fixed now, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Between the prime location (we walked to Portobello market, notting hill, Kensington palace, etc straight from the flat) and excellent communication from the hosts, this was overall a great stay
