Best stay ever! Rooms are spotless and even more lovely than it seems in the photo. My husband and I spent 10 days here and can’t imagine any place better than this one. The host(IVY) is very helpful. Our confirmation email was jammed and they solved the problem swiftly as soon as we reported the issue to them. We surely will come back again!

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed for 5 days while visiting London. Location was great - easy walking distance to the Tube, restaurants and grocery. The property was perfect for us and we loved the bright, sunny kitchen. Is definitely a rental with worn areas, but nothing that disturbed our stay. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much.  The unit was quite comfortable and very convenient for sightseeing London.  The staircase is the only negative.  It is not for older traveller's with heavy luggage.

All in all, we felt very comfortable. The walk to the Bakerloo subway was about 10 minutes. The Bakerloo line is perfect. On the way to the house, there are still small shops where you could shop on your way home in the evening. The heating in the house worked well because it was sometimes still cool in the evening.The communication with Ivy was perfect. Highly recommend location and house.

Amazing location and incredible home.  I feel fortunate that the owners were gracious enough to let us stay there.  A real gem for sure. And the artwork?  Not emphasized enough.  Clearly a life of sponsoring and collecting exquisite art.

We can score our stay as a 5.  We enjoyed a wonderful 15 night stay at the Sloane Square II flat in late March 2025.  As stated in our 2024 stay review the flat is very conveniently located for tube and bus options, despite some continuing road construction around Sloane Square.  Everything about the flat is wonderful, including bed comfort and shower water pressure.  These are two of our main concerns when booking a hotel, rental property, etc.  The stay was especially wonderful due to the wonderful weather in London during our stay.  We opened our umbrella's once during our 15 day visit and only for about 30 minutes.  Otherwise, we enjoyed lots of sun and very comfortable day time temperatures.  I can't imagine we could ever visit again for 15 days and have similar sunny weather.  London and Sloane Square II are highly recommended and we hope to visit again in the near future.

Ideal location, lively flat, management company was very quick to respond to a couple of questions. I was under the impression it had 2 bedrooms, and it’s a 1-bedroom. All worked out because I was travelling with my daughter. I would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Beautiful apartment in a safe, well-located area. It had everything that we needed and comfortably accommodated 4 people. Nearby grocery and neighborhood restaurants were a big plus, as well as close proximity to the tube. We easily accessed all of the areas we wanted to visit and would absolutely stay again next time we are back in London

Great place, extremely convenient if using the tube to get around. We found Fulham to be a nice, fun neighborhood.

The place was perfect for us 2 adults, two kids. It was provided with all the basics you need. Location was super central. I would definately advice other families to stay with Ivy instead of a hotel. You have your own 'home' away from home. There were even games to play etc. Ivy is very easy in communication and you receive all the information you need for your arrival. No comments but just an advice to oil all the door-joints. Especially the bathroom one downstairs was squeeking a lot. See you in the future!

Wonderful stay at the quieter end of Chelsea, yet still close to all the area offers. We will be back.

Totally suited our needs as the location was exactly what we required, comfy beds, quality linen and towels, great showers, loved the décor!

We rate it a 5.  Location is terrific.  We liked the space and appreciated Ivy’s responsiveness on all inquiries.

We had a fantastic time.  We think your property is a five out of five. Your home was lovely and your support with answering questions prior to our trip was fantastic.  We loved walking to dinner spots and enjoying the garden show which was just a few blocks away.  Thank you for sharing this lovely property so we could enjoy so many great parts of London.

Our stay was definitely a 5. We had a wonderful time in London and love the location of the flat. It was very easy to get to all city transportation. It is nice not being in hotel. 

 I loved the apartment and its location….very quiet. The communication was excellent. I enjoyed having room to spread out for eight days.  

Great location. Well-equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Quiet and good sleeping conditions despite being in the middle of Soho. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was a 5, all the way. Wonderful place - nicely furnished, comfy, clean,... everything. 

The studio apartment was in an wonderful, convenient, safe location. The apartment itself was clean and very practical. If you are going to use the loft bed (which i did) the space of the studio is ideal for one or two guests. Using the double beds instead of the loft could make it a little "cozy" but still very manageable. The kitchen, while small, was very functional, and the bathroom shower had great water pressure. Having the w/d was a BIG bonus. I would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed here before. The hosts are helpful and responsive. The house has all the necessary amenities and is in a lovely neighbourhood. 

Even though the flat is in a busy location, the unit facing is quiet. Then kitchen is fully equipped and rooms are comfortable. The toilet is modern with good water pressure. I will use it again in the future.

Our stay was 5 stars. We loved the amenities, the home overall and location. The entire renting experience was easy and communication was quick.

Our stay was definitely a 5. The flat was in a great location and well-appointed. We really enjoyed our stay.  

We stayed for 3 weeks. Very comfortable home in the heart of Chelsea. We appreciated that it was a quiet street with no through traffic. There was a great pub right at the corner, and the neighbourhood was tidy and safe. Close to a tube station, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping etc. Also, it is very easy to grab a cab right on Kings Road, many buses and a tube station. The home was outfitted with comfortable bedding, updated bathrooms, a washer and dryer, etc, etc. The furnishings were cosy and well-appointed, not looking like cheap furniture for affordable Airbnb‘s. It really felt like a home. Coordinating with owners and management was very easy and accommodating. I highly recommend this home.

Amazing home in South Kensington that was perfect for our family of 4 with two teenagers. Would definitely recommend!
