Beautiful and elegant flat very thoughtfully furnished and equipped. Was me and my daughter and we had a delightful stay. The host team were also fantastic and super helpful. Gem of a place for future stays.

We felt privileged to stay in this large, beautiful home. not a generic rental, rather full of an impressive mix of contemporary and heirloom art and furnishings. comfortable, well-equipped. The rental agent was responsive. Nice location near Sloan Square.

Great cosy well appointed clean quiet accommodation. Very comfortable and functional. Well located to good shops and easy walk to good sights- Hyde park Harrods etc.

Everything was perfect — we really enjoyed the stay. The apartment is comfortable, clean and exactly as described. We’ll definitely keep it in mind for future trips.

Our stay was a 4 - we really appreciated the quick response time when we had issues with the doors and windows upon arrival. The beds were comfortable and we had enough space for four adults. Proximity to the District line was a huge bonus.  Overall, we'd definitely stay with Ivy Lettings again. You were very easy to work with and on top of every request, but likely in a different flat just based on our personal preferences.

From the very beginning, the team at Ivy Lettings were helpful to us. The apartment was wonderful! Great location, well kept space, and good layout for us. We walked everywhere. Quiet, peaceful street. Really good restaurants within 10 to 15 minute walk easily.

Downstairs you can walk to Kensington Gardens and also walk distance to the high street ,a lot of good restaurants around there. And also a quiet and cozy place to stay.

We really liked how the front door of this unit opens up to a secure, shared area that is quiet, and away from the busy Kings Road. That helped the ensure that we never heard the noise from the busy traffic on Kings Road, and it was also nice to come home to a peaceful, safe and quiet area when we were opening the front door to enter the flat. Also, it’s near plenty of great restaurants and bars on Kings Road!

I had the best time in my stay, this apartment is a true gem in the heart of Notting Hill. Such a good taste, very clean and super cozy. Will definitely be back. The host was very attentious to my needs in the checkin and also checkout, making my stay even more comfortable.

I had a great stay. The location is perfect, with plenty of great restaurants, bars and cafés nearby. It’s also a short five-minute walk from South Kensington Station, which made getting around super easy. The flat itself is gorgeous , beautifully designed, spotless, modern, and really comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax after a day out exploring the city. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, convenient, and homey place to stay in London.

I had a fantastic short stay at 7up. The location is unbeatable - just a few minutes’ walk from South Kensington Station, which made getting around London incredibly easy and convenient. Whether you're heading to the West End or exploring museums everything is within easy reach.The flat itself was beautifully maintained and very well equipped, with all the essentials and thoughtful touches that made the stay comfortable and hassle-free. It felt cozy and very homely, perfect for relaxing after a day out in the city.South Kensington is a brilliant area to explore, with great museums, charming cafes and restaurants, and lovely streets all around. This flat is a great base for discovering London, especially if you're only in town for a few days. I’d highly recommend 7up – it is stylish, practical, and perfectly located.

Beautiful newish condo in the heart of Soho,if you love the theatre, shopping on Regent, Oriental dining in Chinatown and easy access to the Tube.

The flat has a great location, and was very comfortable. 

I had a great stay at this flat! It’s in an amazing location, just a short walk from the train station, so getting around is really easy. The flat is beautifully decorated, super clean, and really well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The area feels very safe and has a lovely vibe, with lots of nice pubs, cafés, and restaurants nearby. There are also plenty of attractions and things to do close by, so it’s a great base for exploring. I’d definitely recommend staying here

This is honestly one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed in London. The location couldn’t be better, in the heart of South Kensington, with all the shops, cafés, and restaurants literally on your doorstep. The apartment itself feels like a New York loft, huge open spaces, beautiful skylights, and a really stylish, industrial vibe that’s quite rare in south-west London. There’s a big dining table that’s perfect for entertaining (I actually hosted a small dinner party there), and the building itself has great character and history. Would definitely recommend staying here, it’s got that perfect mix of comfort, design, and unbeatable location. Really cool spot!

Lovely, spacious and quiet home, in a great location. The rooms are well-sized, and ample cupboard space. There is a great outside area and very close to nearby stores, bus stops, tube stations as well as coffee shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

The house on Waterford Road was delightful. Talk about space. There were supposed to be 4 of us...one couple and 2 singles, which was perfect for the 3 big bedrooms and baths adjacent. Only 3 could make it. Delightful garden in the back to look at from the spacious kitchen. Great pub half a block away. Lots of stores to stock up the 'frig for breakfast and cocktail hour. Fine restaurants as well. A winner!!

Absolutely perfect stay. The flat was even better than I had imagined, the key pickup was smooth and convenient, and Lara was very hepful in helping me select the flat that would suit our needs best. I would definitely book with Ivy again.
