I would say our stay was a #5. The home was clean and in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of places we wanted to visit and to Victoria Station. Your management company was also very prompt in handling our issues with the commode and light bulbs.
The negative aspects of the home are that it smells musty downstairs but I do understand that London has high humidity and another issue was the lack of a coffee maker but we drank more tea and hey, it's London, so that was fine.
Overall our stay was wonderful. Thank you for being such good hosts.

The space was just as advertised. It was perfect for a couple who is visiting London. The location was also ideal. We were close to everything in Chelsea as well as right on the Thames and across from Battersea Park (which is just terrific). Access to public transit was good and the use of cabs and driver services came in handy as the workers on the tube were on strike. I highly recommend staying here to anyone who wants to hang in London for a while.

The flat is in a perfect location. It’s right across the street from Battersea Park and next to Battersea Power Station where there are many restaurants, shopping, and plenty of fitness alternatives. There is both a tube and train station a short walk away. It is extra convenient that there is a mini market right outside the entrance to the building. We walked across the bridge into Chelsea and along the river into Central London. The beds were comfortable and we had all of the necessities that we needed. The washer and hanging rack was a plus. The management company was very professional and responsive. We were pleased with their excellent communication. As mentioned in other reviews, retrieving the keys at another location is a little confusing, especially after being on a plane for 10 hours...

Hello! Our stay was absolutely wonderful and I would rate it 5 stars. My nieces and I loved the flat; it is lovely and extremely comfortable and clean. It is a wonderful space for sharing with family or friends. The location is excellent and convenient for buses and the tube. We would highly recommend it and hope to be back again for another visit.

We will absolutely be staying here next time we come to London. The flat is very clean, well stocked, and in a perfect location. With two bus stops just a few moments walk away, traveling around the city was a breeze. There is tons to do within walking distance of the flat as well, including delicious pubs, grocery stores, coffee shops, and shopping. And, Ivy Letting was very responsive and helpful. They even had fans delivered to the flat when we were hit with a heat wave. I definitely recommend staying here!

House was of exceptional quality, tastefully decorated and well loved by its owners. We had every amenity and plenty of space. Location was perfect, very close to the Earl's Court station and with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. And yet it was in a very quiet and secluded street that allowed full privacy. My favorite parts of the house were the luscious plants in the back garden (and the wisteria growing on the front), and the kitchen area with its glass ceilings. We felt instantly at home and I think this is the key quality of Ivy properties that I love the most: how welcoming they feel from the moment you step into the front door. I would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone staying in London and I hope we get to stay there again next time we visit.

The apartment was spacious enough for us, very well-equipped, and nicely appointed. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spaces good.
The building itself was well kept, secure, quiet, and the neighbors were friendly.
Having a Tesco Express across the street was convenient, and we enjoyed the local pub, the Fox and Pheasant, which had marvelous food and a welcoming staff.
Bus stops were very convenient but we didn’t realize until too late that there was a closer tube station about 10 minutes away.

Amazing flat in the heart of SoHo. Beautiful, modern flat with central heating and AirCon. Perfect location for restaurants, bars, shopping and shows. Despite the location with many people out and about, the unit remains extremely quiet all night. Great communication with management…they were very responsive and helpful. The perfect family trip home! My wife and 2 kids spent the week in London, and this house was the PERFECT homebase for our adventures throughout the city. Our itinerary took us to Wembley, Hyde Park, Mayfar, Marlyebone, West End, Buckingham, the London Eye, and this home was perfectly located (< .4mi to South Kensington Tube and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood... perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city). There's great shopping and dining (sit-down + grab-and-go coffee, etc) nearby, and friendly neighbors (a safe, welcoming area). I would HIGHLY recommend this home!

An elegant flat in a perfect location in Chelsea. Just a short walk to Kings Road, but far enough away to not be bothered by any traffic. While it was not inconvenient for our grandchildren, there are eight steps to get into the flat and 14 steps within the flat. We were so happy to be away from the crowds of tourist in Knightsbridge where we have typically stayed on our frequent visits to London. One evening we dined in the restaurant virtually across the street and had a fabulous meal. We also dined at Cross Keys a very nice pub with a 10 minute walk. It definitely deserves all five stars.

We stayed in St Anselm’s place, which we really enjoyed! The location is perfect, so central. The kitchen is amazing, no microwave!, not that I cooked! There is a balcony which is nice and walk in shower. Bond Street tube (Jubilee line) is 2 minutes away. My husband took the tube to Heathrow early one morning, 35 minutes and I think £13. I would definitely recommend this property and we will stay there again!
