Exceptional location. Overall very nice and comfortable. The WiFi worked really well.

Lovely, spacious and quiet home, in a great location. The rooms are well-sized, and ample cupboard space. There is a great outside area and very close to nearby stores, bus stops, tube stations as well as coffee shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. 

The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and the host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

The house on Waterford Road was delightful. Talk about space. There were supposed to be 4 of us...one couple and 2 singles, which was perfect for the 3 big bedrooms and baths adjacent. Only 3 could make it. Delightful garden in the back to look at from the spacious kitchen. Great pub half a block away. Lots of stores to stock up the 'frig for breakfast and cocktail hour. Fine restaurants as well. A winner!!

Absolutely perfect stay. The flat was even better than I had imagined, the key pickup was smooth and convenient, and Lara was very hepful in helping me select the flat that would suit our needs best. I would definitely book with Ivy again.

Great neighborhood close to tube stations and a 5 minute walk to Harrod's. The bathroom is large with counter space. The kitchen is compact and efficient. The space was great for my mom.

A hidden gem in a tranquil setting of beautiful Arts and Crafts dwellings around a pretty courtyard. Step out of the gates to the hustle of the Kings road with the bus stop steps away. A fantastic Italian deli and shops near by. The house was spacious and welcoming with comfortable beds and a bathroom on each floor. The outdoor space of terrace, balconies and courtyard was an unexpected surprise. The perfect place to stay for a wedding at Chelsea Town Hall. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and maybe we may find the opportunity to stay again sometime.

The apartment was terrific for our family of 5. Enough space for everyone and the ability to cook and do washing. Terrifically positioned to access public transport (bus and train) and groceries. Plenty of options for eating out.

Great location, nice and close to Victoria train Station. Easy to transit anywhere in London. We loved our stay in this colorful, clean and well put together unit. The host team was very responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend staying here. Cheers, The Canadians

I like dealing with Ivy because they are reputable and I can say that after 18 stays over 12 years. Properties are well kept in great locations making your vacation time about seeing sights rather than taking time to get there to see them.

Great place! Would definitely stay again. The only disadvantage is the 3rd floor but it’s manageable, even with 2.5 yo and the buggy!

Very easy site to navigate. In particular, there is a very complete set of filters to help sort through the available houses. Ivy responded right away to our questions by email. A beautiful house with a wonderful garden. Very updated interior with modern bathrooms and kitchen and nice art work and sculptures both in the house and the garden.

We used this flat as a stopover and it worked well. There is a direct tube from Heathrow to Gloucester Road and a short walk to the flat - picking up the key on the way. Comfortable and quiet with space to relax. Just what we needed.

Ivy told me this is in a great location, very near the Gloucester Road but down a quiet residential street and it was. With its own front door. And walking distance of Hyde Park. The flat was spotlessly clean and had all the usual stuff. It actually felt more spacious than expected and was lighter, particularly in the morning when the sun came in. Very much as described. Only one word of warning the front steps are narrow and steep if you have a big suitcase!

Communication was top-notch. Most things were within walking distance. Pub down the street had very good food. Building needs to be updated as well as apartment. Beds are a bit lumpy. Kitchen needs to be better stocked with cooking pots and pans for those of us who cook. Shower area was wonderful. Overall our stay was good.

It was a very beautiful room, close to tourist attractions, and it was affordable.

Our stay in London was an absolute 5 on the scale. We will definitely reach out to Ivy Lettings again whenever we return. 

The home on Winchester Street was beautiful, clean and in a quiet residential neighborhood yet within walking distance to the Buckingham Palace area and Victoria Station. There were also shops and restaurants nearby. The management company was very responsive to any issues with the property. Overall this home was an excellent choice for our vacation in London.

The space was just as advertised. It was perfect for a couple who is visiting London. The location was also ideal. We were close to everything in Chelsea as well as right on the Thames and across from Battersea Park (which is just terrific). Access to public transit was good and the use of cabs and driver services came in handy as the workers on the tube were on strike. I highly recommend staying here to anyone who wants to hang in London for a while.
