We came to London with our two adult children. The flat was just as described. The bed in the main bedroom is king sized and comfortable. The twin beds in the second bedroom were great for our two sons. There was a sink in the main bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and sink, and another room with modern shower and sink. This bathroom configuration was perfect for 4 adults. The location is perfect. We walked to the bus stop and either took the bus or walked to tube station. All very easy. Great area to walk in. We did not cook much but had coffee, tea, breakfast and the occasional light meal in the flat. The combination washer/dryer can handle very small loads of laundry. There was also a nice drying rack. We just did a few small loads of laundry and that worked fine. High daytime temp was low 70 degrees F during our stay and flat stayed cool enough with windows open. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

This unit was as-advertised and allowed our multi-generational group plenty of room to spread out. As other reviewers have noted, there are LOTS of stairs, but if you are in reasonable shape you should manage just fine. The location of this apartment is perfect - there is a pharmacy, grocery, and a wine shop, as well as many pubs and restaurants, all within a few blocks. The apartment is well-positioned to access buses and the underground, making it easy to get to major sites around London.

Had a great stay. Was exactly what I was looking for. Quiet area but not far from many great places around London Bridge and close to public transportation. Apartment was beautiful, good bed and everything there what was needed. Thank you!

This house is very comfortable and was just the right size for the four of us. Spread on three levels with ample space, privacy from each other in our party and situated on a quiet street in between Regents Park and Hyde Park, this place is a gem.

We found the apartment exactly as advertised. The location was convenient, the accommodation clean and quiet and communication with the property manager very good. We would not hesitate to stay there again and recommend it to fiends staying in London.

Absolutely amazing unit. It is in a very upscale and safe neighborhood. It is a bit far from the tube entrance but more than manageable. It was super clean and Ivy communicates well. we loved our stay. Plenty of room for a family of 7.

Fantastic in every way. Location is 10/10. Very close to the tube and lots of nice pubs/restaurants. The host was very responsive and helped us with check out.

5!!! The place was perfect for us! It was clean, modern, and on a beautiful street. The only thing I would add is a full length mirror in the front bedroom. Key pickup and drop-off was close and easy, and the gentlemen in the store were lovely! I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place to others!

Our 11 day stay at this apartment was GREAT! We appreciated how very clean and comfortable it was. The view of the Themes was beautiful. The location is a bit away from central London, but it was safe and very quiet. It is close to Putney Bridge tube station and Uber made traveling very easy. We appreciated the ample storage for our luggage as well as closets/hangers for our clothes! A little disappointed that we didn’t have a dryer for our clothes, but we made do. There are many stairs up to the apartment, so that would be a consideration for some. Regardless, we would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit London!

My experience with Ivy Lettings and their staff was excellent all around. The staff was helpful, courteous, and always replied to emails promptly. They helped us find the perfect property and one that met our needs. The perfect way to travel. Letting for us is so much better than a Hotel room! Cozy, comfortable and homey. Charming and extremely homely, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Holland Park abode. Spacious, comfortable and with all the amenities we needed from a home-away-from-home, we highly recommend this haven for families and hope to return soon!

Ivy was a delight. All of the instructions made arrival and check out a breeze. I loved this location just off of Sloane Square. It was so conveniently located next to a Tube station, and learning that system was pretty easy. I got around so well and all over London. The convenience for shopping and eateries was magnificent. My flat was just perfect for me. I traveled alone, so it was so nice to come home to a well kept, tidy and comfortable place. I didn't use the kitchen, as I ate out most of the time and got my coffees once I was out for the day. The bathroom was very nice and upgraded; nice luxurious towels and a wonderful shower added to the enjoyment of my stay. The building was quiet, although the maintenance department was on the same floor (basement) and they were usually my alarm clock in the mornings (that, and the sun, as it becomes bright earlier and stays light later). It was a fantastic stay. I want to come back in June 25 when I come to London again! Thanks, Ivy.

We loved the flat. It is beautiful and light. We felt immediately at home. The kitchen is well stocked. The balcony with the view into the lovely garden was a nice plus. The location is perfect: walkable to Regents Park, Hampstead, etc. and very close to many different tube lines. This is not a flat that is just outfitted for AirBnB rentals; it is the owner's home, so it felt much more comfortable than some AirBnB's. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely small flat in a fantastic neighborhood! 2-3 blocks from Hyde Park, a 10 minute walk to So. Kensington Tube station, museums, neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Nicely appointed small kitchen (although we didn’t use it at all). The flat itself was very clean ~ could maybe just use a little refresh ~ but the location truly made this a great spot for my daughter and I to enjoy the week in London. The loft double bed does have a steep ladder to get into; but that was fine for my 21 year old ☺️ Overall a really lovely stay!

Finding it initially was tricky, but once in the space was ready for us. Clean, bright, great stock of kitchen items. Only issues would be bed off sitting room was not very comfortable. Overall a nice space during our stay in London. location across from Underground was amazing!

5 Stars all the way!!!! The apartment was well equipped, clean and 100% as described and depicted. A+++ The neighborhood is clean and felt very safe. There are 2 different Underground Lines (Piccadilly and District) at the Earl Court Station which is literally less than a 5 min walk from the apartment. We were able to get everywhere easily. The Earls Court Tavern is a 1 minute walk from the apartment. (and a TON of other food options as well) We rolled into that pub A LOT! Food and service A+ I will most certainly be using Ivy Lettings when I return to London, so grateful to have found you! :-) Special thanks to Jennifer for helping us with our self-imposed confusion on our arrival day.
