Welcome to Shawfield Street, the perfect base for families looking for a home from home in the heart of a luxury neighbourhood. 

Living & Eating
The living area is decorated in clean, neutral shades of cream, grey and duck egg blue. Centered around a classic fireplace, this generous space is perfect for relaxing in the comfortable sofas.

With access to the garden, the bright kitchen is large with plenty of storage and counter space. The modern dining table seats six guests, and the additional seating around the kitchen island allows for casual dining. Further comfortable armchairs means this room generally becomes the heart of the home.

The utility room keeps the washing machine, dryer, and fridge freezer neatly out of the way.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The traditional master bedroom offers a UK super-king size bed (6ft wide), with an en-suite bathroom.

A second guest bedroom has a UK queen bed (5ft wide) with its own en-suite bathroom. A third bedroom also has a UK queen bed (5ft wide) and an accompanying shower room. A further two bedrooms each have twin singles and share a bathroom.

With 5 bedrooms this home sleeps up to eight people in the utmost style and comfort.

Access & Layout
Shawfield Street is set over five floors. On the ground floor is the living room, with access onto the terrace. Down one flight of stairs on the lower ground level is the open-plan living-dining area and kitchen with access on to lower terrace, the utility room and WC.

On the first floor is master bedroom with en-suite and opposite this is the queen bedroom and shower room. The second floor is home to the second queen bedroom with en-suite, a twin bedroom and family bathroom. On the third floor is the final twin room. 

On Your Doorstep
This home is just a 10 minute walk from Sloane Square tube station, giving easy access to other parts of London.

Local amenities such as grocery stores and ATMs are close by, as well as a diverse array of restaurants and cafes. Chimes offers hearty English food in a cosy and delightful setting, or perhaps try Goya a lively Spanish Tapas bar. Grumbles on Churchton Street is another favourite, serving yummy food in an informal bistro setting. Whatever your mood you’ll find it nearby. There is a fantastic Farmer’s market in Orange Square on Saturday mornings- great to gather supplies for a picnic or for a home cooked feast.

You can pop down to the riverfront, and take in the splendid views of the bridges stretching across the Great River Thames. Riverboat services to Waterloo and Southwark run from Millbank Millennium Pier - these run as water-taxis but are a great way to see the city from another angle as you travel. Don’t forget you are close to the theatres and high-end fashion of Knightsbridge and Chelsea, so you will never be at a loss of what to do during your trip.
