Have stayed with Ivy a number of times (dual digits) in different properties, and keep coming back. This time to a property I had rented before. Very pleased with our stay: from communications beforehand, to the pre-visit cleaning and prepping of the apartment, and the standard I expected in every way. Will come back yet again!

Great location, spacious living area. 3-flight walk-up. Clean flat. Keys were down the street with helpful instructions.

This flat is in a great location to access local transit. The neighborhood is relatively quiet with access to great amenities nearby. We stayed as a family of four and found it both convenient and comfortable for the whole family. Little Venice is a great neighborhood that feels unlike any other London locale and added some healthy variety to our vacation.

The apartment is in a great location— very close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. Great communication before, during, and at the end of our stay. We stayed here primarily for the London Marathon and it was a great choice to accommodate 4 guests, 2 couples. Guests should take into account this apartment is a four floor walk-up and no elevator or wheelchair access. If bringing large suitcases, it’s a tight squeeze… pictures and descriptions are very accurate and we’d stay here again! Thank you!

We have always wanted to stay an enjoy the Little Venice neighborhood of London but this location took it to the next level - close to Regents Park, Lords and Abbey Road as well as the beautiful canals - the neighborhood is perfect too

Very quiet but in a great neighborhood with good bars and restaurants and retain. Easy walk to all the sights. The second bedroom is adequate but the master bedroom is spectacular as is the bathroom attached. Very responsive management.

Great flat in a cute neighborhood with convenient tube access! A fun and easy spot for our family of 4 who love having a neighborhood vibe, making breakfast at home, then spending the day exploring. The air mattress was an added bonus when the kids needed more space from each other.

This two bedroom flat is well located to shops, underground and buses. It was easy to get anywhere and was surrounded by interesting restaurants. The flat was comfortable and remarkably for a third-floor walk-up, cooled off during the evening once the windows were opened. The bathrooms and kitchen were modern and nice.  Management was also very good and responsive to anything that came up.

The accommodations and amenities of the flat were excellent. One word of caution, and this is no way reflected on the property, but just something to keep in mind when traveling with small children: I was traveling with a three year old and due to the warm weather, we had to keep windows open. The window sills are quite low, to the point where she could easily lean over and out the window. We had to be very careful to make certain our child was not near any open windows.

This unit is a great place to rest. Extremely comfortable beds, amazing cross ventilation for cool breeze during summer and very close to both bus stops and Warwick Avenue tube station. The area also has a great selection of coffee stores, grocery and pharmacy. Overall, will definitely recommend this unit for a family stay

Excellent location

The apartment has plenty of light and is spacious and colorful. It accommodates the four of us snuggly and we enjoyed all of its amenities (including Netflix!) and the comfortable location. Despite its being on a Main Street it was quiet and peaceful. We’ll definitely recommend it!

A clean and cozy flat in a good location, near underground station (5-7 minutes by walking). The furniture, books, photos and so on in the flat somehow show life style and hobbies of property owners, it made me feel like staying in a friend's home, learning about their stories, happiness and memories, which brighten more my own travel experiences. Also the team replied my questions very quickly and friendly. :) Thank you.

The property was fantastic, clean, and fitted with everything we needed. Location was also perfect, near to shops, transit and easy to access. This flat is perfectly located : many buses (24hrs) to all main areas (oxford street / Harrods / Hyde Park ...etc..) + tube stations next door + Tesco express + restaurants... - one huge bedroom + one standard one + two bathrooms - very well equipped (washing machine /dish washer : tablets provided !) - Guy's apartment is managed by Ivy lettings : very warm welcome and professional ; they can be contacted quickly at any time - 4th floor without lift but can be managed.. we were a family with 3 kids and we loved it!

This is a wonderful place to stay in London! The location is ideal, close to public transportation, restaurants, grocery stores, a fabulous wine shop, etc. The photos and description of the flat are accurate. We were able to drop our bags earlier than the check-in time, which was extremely helpful. Communication was easy and questions were answered quickly. This was our first AirBnb experience and we were very happy with the experience! Thank you! I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in London!

Nice flat. The real hit was the location, which was close to Warwick Avenue tube and between those famous canals of North London. It was very quiet and easy to sleep. All the sights (Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace, The Big Ben and Westminster Cathedral) are only 15 minutes away.

Great apartment in London! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath had everything we needed. The apartment was spotless, the dishwasher and combined washer/dryer worked perfectly, the sheets and beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the large bath towels. The apartment in an easy 5 minute walk to the underground, and there is a bus stop just around the corner. The neighborhood is very cute (and safe), with a grocery store down the block and some cafes and restaurants around the corner. We had no worries walking back from the underground late at night. While we took the underground or bus to get to the areas we wanted to visit, we did walk once. It is about a 45 minute walk to Hyde Park. There is some traffic noise in the small bedroom with the windows open, but not too bad.

I have stayed in properties leased by Ivy Lettings three times during the past four years. Each time, Ivy has been professional, helpful, knowledgeable, communicative, and has provided thorough information and instructions regarding the properties. I appreciate the honest and realistic descriptions and photos accompanying the postings. The properties themselves have been clean, well stocked, and reasonably priced. I recommend Ivy without hesitation.
