Smith Street Chelsea

Lovely elegant and comfortable flat in heart of Chelsea. Well equipped and excellent service. Very near good shopping and supermarkets, near Sloane Square tube and lots of buses. Excellent friendly pub opposite with good menu. Thoroughly recommended.

Perfect place to stay in the core of Chelsea. Spotless clean, spacious and comfy.

The flat was perfectly located, easy to get anywhere in the city by foot, tube or rail but was a quiet street away from the hubbub of King's Road. It was beautifully appointed and well-equipped. We appreciated the early check-in and help with cleaning midway through our stay. We hope to work with Ivy Lettings again in the future.

This was the perfect place for our family in London. Around the corner from Kings rd and Battersea Park. The flat is tastefully designed with beautiful French door windows with great light. The host was super responsive regarding turning the heating on and where to throw the garbage, which were my only questions during our stay. I would absolutely stay here again, the location is fantastic and feels very safe.

Loved this place and would return. Wonderful local pub right across the street. 

We would very much recommend this apartment. It has very nice French windows overlooking the front of the street, but it is not noisy at all. The flash is very light and airy and clean, and we really loved the location. Very close to Kings Road. We will book again.

What a wonderful flat in the most amazing location. A gem. Everything you can possibly want is outside the doorstep. The lovely pub across the street has become our ‘local’. We walked to Battersea park for playgrounds and a zoo, to Kings road and South Kensington for shopping, and Gatwick express was a short distance at Victoria station for an easy connection to the airport. It was sparkling clean, the furniture comfortable and stylish, the kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal, the checkin was easy and communication quick. We would be back in a heart beat.

Really great place and a nice location

We enjoyed Smith Street flat very much. Booking and check in processes are well organized and very polite. Property and position are really perfect, probably must be corrected the real dimension of the flat, it shouldn't be 900 sq.ft. (approx) but more 600 sq.ft (approx).

I discovered Ivy Lettings last year and have stayed twice in the same delightful flat in Chelsea which was exactly as portrayed on Guy’s website. The flat was absolutely lovely. It is right off the Chelsea High Street, so it's a perfect option for anyone coming to London on vacation. The flat appeared just as it had in pictures and the owner clearly has attention to detail. In addition, it was very clean and we found ourselves with all of the linens we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, as was the living room furniture. This flat is on the smaller side, so depending on the group size, I would not recommend longer than a week's stay (as the space begins to feel too small). We were a family of four and found the space and one bathroom just fine for a week's stay. Guy was wonderful to work with- very responsive (within 24 hours) and extremely helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend this property!

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Stayed as a family of 4 with 2 children and it was so easy to walk everywhere. Place was sparkling clean.

Lovely interior and despite the small square footage, a great floor plan. The location was the best, just off Kings Road and close to public transport. Loved our stay, very central!

We absolutley loved the Smith Street apartment. Check in was easy and efficient. The apartment was very quiet and very clean, exactly as pictured, but maybe even better! It was in a perfect location, lots of shops and restaurants nearby and a short walk to Sloane Square tube. The furnishings were lovely, beds comfortable, very light and bright. The kitchen was well equipped, very happy to have a Nespresso machine! Having been to London often we didn't have the need to rush out and see the sights, we were so happy to be in "our neighborhood"!
