Buckland Crescent is an elegant apartment; boasting floor to ceiling windows, a sophisticated yet charming décor, and your own private balcony; the perfect place to unwind. Being only a short walk from the splendid Primrose Hill and a quick tube ride to Oxford Street, this apartment is beautifully located for the perfect London vacation. 

LIVING & EATING
A grand living area, complete with fireplace, high ceilings and French doors opening out onto the private balcony is a delightful space in which to unwind. The kitchen is modern and spacious, complete with TV and all the culinary items required for cooking up a feast after a busy day in the city. The dining table is in the living room and can seat four. 

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The master bedroom is spacious and offers a comfortable king sized bed (5ft wide) and television with Virgin Media. There is a charming continental flavour to the room, due to its full-length windows and shutters. The second bedroom has a king sized bed (5ft wide) and television with Virgin Media - there are also plenty of great books on the shelves should you fancy a read! There are two bathrooms.

ACCESS & LAYOUT
This property is on raised ground floor level. There are a few external steps. Once inside all the rooms are arranged across one level.

ON YOUR DOORSTEP
Swiss Cottage is a safe and upmarket part of town and you are just a four minute walk from the tube, offering quick links to the rest of the city. A ten minute walk brings you to the leafy Primrose Hill which offers an unparalleled view of the surrounding cityscape. A host of A-list poets, musicians and actors have deemed this picturesque neighbourhood eligible to call home including Daniel Craig, Alan Rickman and Tim Burton. 


This elegant holiday apartment will suit a family or couples alike. Equally it will serve as excellent corporate accommodation for business travellers  with easy and quick tube access to the City and West End.

The apartment is extremely comfortable. The high ceilings and tall windows were my favorite features as the rooms feel spacious and are filled with natural light. I stayed for 3 weeks and it was easy to make this space “home”. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils which made it easy to prepare a meal. Swiss cottage station is a few minutes walk away and although Finchley Road itself does not have much charm the pop up market outside the station provides a great option for buying local produce. The main bedroom is street facing, which means it is a little noisier. Loads of cupboard space and an empty set of draws meant I could fully unpack my bags. The en suite bathroom is recently updated and has a great shower. The second bedroom is gorgeous with garden view and complete privacy though there’s no built in cupboards. The second bathroom is not as modern and has a smaller bath (no shower). Small touches like a vase of fresh cut roses on my arrival added to the joy of my stay. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment to travelers.

I spent one week with my family in Ivy's apartment, I recommend it to everyone who is coming to London with four person, the apartment is clean and fully equipped, location is close to the vital spots such as tube station and bus stops, restaurants and grocery are in 5 minutes walking. In general all is perfect and definitely will come back again. Everything was outstanding, I enjoyed the trip and I hope to see you again. Thank you for your 5 star service.

We were impressed by this home as it was quite a bit less expensive than other rentals we were looking at in the area. The bedrooms are really nice, with wooden shutters and fully-stocked bookshelves. The living room is nice and light, we enjoyed opening the shutters in the morning and taking coffee and breakfast on the adjoining terrace. A great find. We'd also like to mention Beatrice who was so accommodating and picked out this home for us.

I had an excellent experience with your company and the many staff members with whom I interacted. I would like to particularly cite Katie Box and Alice Weston who both went far beyond regular customer service in their support of my rental. Alice spent a lot of time finding the right flat for me. I was extremely happy there. Katie answered multiple questions from me over the course of the entire month and she always got back to me same day even if it was a very minor matter. And, she was unfailingly cheerful and helpful. I will absolutely recommend Ivy Lettings to anyone I know planning a visit to London.

The property was fabulous - with fresh cut flowers in vases & a bright clean space to arrive to! We were very comfortable in this flat & the location was close to the Tube as well as local grocery stores & amenities. This was a lovely place to call home. Guy got back to me very quickly when I had questions in regards to our stay. This flat is such a pretty space & a fabulously affordable option for a family of 4. The beds were extremely comfortable & everything was clean & organised. There were instructions left out for the use of appliances & local spots of interest. I would come back here in a heartbeat & absolutely would book again. The process was seamless & well oganized. There is nothing I would change...everything ran smooth as silk. Thanks so much for all of your assistance we had an EXCELLENT trip!!!!
