The apartment has two charming bedrooms each furnished with UK double beds (4ft wide), each featuring plenty of storage space. The first bedroom is served by the main bathroom which includes a bath and overhead shower. On the second floor, you will find the alternative bathroom with a shower stall.

 

ACCESS & LAYOUT
The apartment is accessed via two flights of stairs. Upon entering the flat, there is another curving flight of stairs bringing you to the main level with kitchen, living space, bedroom, and bathroom. Another curving flight of stairs leads to the second bedroom, bathroom, and terrace.

 

ON YOUR DOORSTEP
This home is located on a quiet residential road in the heart of Baron’s Court. Within 5 minutes’ walk, you can reach Baron’s Court underground (Piccadilly Line) and West Kensington (District Line) bringing the West End and Houses of Parliament, and much more besides, within extremely easy reach. This access makes homes in this area so popular amongst our clients.

We wanted a flat in London area for an extended stay over Christmas. It was nice to have an agency involved in the letting so we could trust that the property would be available and as-described. Ivy Lettings even sent us a video of the property when I had specific questions prior to reserving. Their communication was very responsive. The flat was perfect for our needs, very clean and comfortable, and in a great location. I would definitely use Ivy again on our next trip.

This was a great spot to stay in London. Being west of the city center, it’s quieter than other spots, but there are still some good restaurants, pubs, and a grocery store in short walking distance. You are also a quick ~3 minute walk to Baron’s Court station for an easy tube into the city. The place was very charming and just the right size for us (1 couple + 2 friends). The kitchen is just big enough if you want to do some cooking and the living space is very cozy. Nice balconies on both sides and a cute neighborhood. The beds were a bit small, but not too small. The upstairs bathroom was also fairly cramped so if you’re a bigger individual you may find it quite small. Finally, there are a lot of stairs to go up, but none of these were big issues for us. We really enjoyed our stay here and had great communication from the host with easy check in and check out. Would stay here again!

The house was simply perfect. Very cozy, nicely furnished and decorated. We loved the little touches as well as the amazing book collection. The terrace at the top floor was a beautiful surprise, great for spending the evenings as we were lucky with late summer weather. The flat is made of two floors, plus another flight of stairs from the door to the first floor: the stairs are a bit steep, which was not a problem at all for us but perhaps it can be taken into account for older guests.
The location was ideal, in a very elegant and friendly neighborhood and yet so quiet and secluded, it felt very safe walking in the area. Two underground stations nearby, and plenty of buses, made sure we could reach anywhere in Central London within a few minutes. Close to the house we could find many shops, cafes, markets, and restaurants, so our meals vere sorted easily. We especially recommend the Lebanese take away, they make the best falafel I ever tasted.
The kitchen was very well furbished, plenty of pots and pans and a spacious fridge, with a very cozy chic feeling to it. We adored the huge living room, with its many sofas and the big wooden communal table and arched windows. It felt so welcoming, and we instantly had the feeling of being in a house that was much loved by its owners.
I think this is what makes staying with Ivy Letting special: their properties have always that "extra" feeling to them, the choice of properties is well curated and every time we stayed in London through them, we've always fallen in love with the house.
A special thank you especially to the staff at Ivy Lettings (and to the very kind owner of the house) for helping us when we had a little mix-up with the date. They were very kind and professional in helping us. Honestly I could not recommend them more

The property at Comeragh Road was exactly like the description and I felt instantly at home. I could tell the home was loved and the interesting book collection made me feel inspired to read! The apartment looked exactly like the photos and I loved the large dining room table that allowed for lots of room to spread out. This is a rare feature in London! The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the location perfect. It’s situated between two tube stops and nearby to many shops and restaurants.

When spending my precious time and money to come to my favorite city I can no longer gamble on the other rental platform especially when traveling with a young child. I need to know my rental is solidly booked and managed professionally. This is why I will always work with the Ivy team when traveling to London. Great job!

The flat is just as described. The kitchen is fully equipped. The two bedrooms are well-sized. The upstairs deck is wonderful. As with many older buildings, there is no elevator, and the stairs are somewhat narrow. I would not recommend this apartment for travelers that might have difficulty carrying their luggage up/down stairs. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, but with nearby services. It is a great location, with easy access to two tube stations: Barons Court and West Kensington. The Barons Court station is on the Piccadilly line which is a direct route to/from LHR. The apartment suited our needs perfectly. It would be a pleasure to stay here again!

This flat is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is located close to two tube stations, Barons Court and West Kensington. There were quaint markets, wine shops and restaurants near both stations. If you need to store your luggage before check in, you can store your luggage via the stasher app at the W14 Kensington Hotel. The W14 hotel was closer to the West Kensington tube station where we discovered two great restaurants. We enjoyed breakfast at Brioche Coffee and Brunch and dinner at Maurizio Barca Italian restaurant on North End Rd. Both had delicious food and a good atmosphere. Closer to Barons Court tube station, we also found a great market/convenience store called Londis. It's small but had everything we needed. The wine store next door, Oddbins, was also very nice and the owner was very helpful. Finally, we grabbed a quick breakfast at Gail's Bakery right next to the station which had wonderful pastries. The flat itself was the perfect size for our group of 3 and it was so nice having a living area where we could relax after a long day of sightseeing. The balcony and terrace were also a plus. The flat was very clean and had most things (non food related) we needed for the week. Overall it was a very nice flat and we enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was wonderful! It’s in a perfect location (less than a 5min walk to the tube station which serviced the Piccadilly, circle and district lines). There were also several coffee shops, a great bakery, beer/wine shop and small market within a 5min walk. The apartment has the best rooftop balcony which we shared several meals together as a family. Having two full bathrooms was a plus (especially with two teenage boys). There was natural light in each of the rooms and we never felt on top of each other. I would recommend this apartment to anyone coming to London as you can get anywhere you need to from this location.
