LIVING & EATING
Upon entering the property, a smart and comfortable living room welcomes you. This is equipped with a large TV and Sonos sound system. The home follows through to a bright open plan kitchen with dining and living area with a large flat-screen TV. The appealing smooth surfaces will lead your eye to the inviting and impeccably landscaped garden, complete with garden furniture and BBQ. A separate utility room and laundry can be found next to the kitchen.

 

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The home has five bedrooms - a master on the first floor featuring dressing space and an en suite bathroom (with bath and shower stall), fitted to an incredibly high standard. There are also two king guest rooms on the first floor, served by a shower room, including a toilet and shower. Bedrooms four and five can be found on the second floor. Bedroom four has two single children’s beds, one with a trundle bed underneath (suitable for children up to 7 years old). Bedroom five has a single bed. There is also a travel cot available if needed. These bedrooms are served by a family bathroom (with bath). A further toilet is located off the kitchen on the ground floor.

 

ACCESS & LAYOUT
The kitchen and separate living room are both located on the ground floor. There are then stairs between each floor. Taking one flight of stairs up, you will find the two guest double bedrooms and the main bedroom up another 3 steps. Up another flight of stairs, you will find the children’s bedroom and bathroom.

 

ON YOUR DOORSTEP
Inglethorpe Street offers incredible local charm whilst being well placed to access the rest of the city. It is a lovely spot for a walk along the riverside and onto Bishop’s Park, offering an insight into why London really is the world’s greenest city! The Putney Bridge station (district line) offers quick links to the rest of the city. Meanwhile, with Fulham Broadway and Hammersmith both nearby, it’s easy to enjoy the multiple amenities nearby on offer, including an 8-screen cinema, restaurants, supermarkets, and shops.

Such a great space! The Inglethorpe Street property was perfect for our family trip to London. You might think it's a bit far from London, but we loved coming back each night to a more serene place compared to the hustle and bustle of central London. The bedrooms were the perfect size for our kids, and they loved the outdoor space too! So ideal for summer. Would definitely recommend this place to families or maybe two couples just travelling London together.

My partner and I were travelling to London with a couple of friends, and we wanted somewhere to stay where we could hang out together, but also have our own space if we wanted. This property was perfect for us! The communal spaces were a great size so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other - and the rooms were the perfect size for us! The outdoor space was the icing on the cake, and made it worth it considering the location is a little far out of 'central London'. But we didn't mind. We'd definitely stay here again!

Honestly just a stunning house. Anyone would be lucky to have a home like this; we were ecstatic to have the opportunity for a few nights. All rooms are finished to an extremely high standard, with every detail considered. The beds are wonderfully comfortable. And the whole house is bright and airy. The owners were very responsive to a couple questions from us. And because they have a professional firm looking after things while they’re away, everything went smoothly throughout our stay, and any small issues were swiftly resolved.
