Nevern Place Kensington

We had a wonderful stay! The check in was a little tricky because we weren't 100% sure which door was ours but once we got in we were super happy! The beds are super comfortable, the flat is spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed. There is a co-op store just down the street and made it easy to pick up any snacks or breakfast food. This flat is very close to the Earl's Court stop on the Piccadilly Line which is convenient to everything. The District line also goes out of the Earl's Court station making getting anywhere we needed to go really easy. Perhaps most important you don't have to change lines coming in from Heathrow. We really don't have any complaints at all. Without a doubt, we'd stay here again.

Nevern Place is the most fantastic place to stay! I could not recommend Nevern Place more highly, not only is the location wonderful, nestled in-between everything you could need in London, but it is the most comfortable property that I would not hesitate to return to for my future stays in London, highly recommend! 

Ivy was wonderful to work with. They responded to every communication within hours (or less) and were most accommodating with an extension for check out when our flight was delayed. The property was as advertised and a small maintenance issue was corrected within three hours. The assurance of having a staff watching out for our needs while in a foreign country was priceless.

This basement apartment is clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Lots of clean glassware, the beds and living room furniture are comfortable and the overall décor is very pretty. We had a brief issue with the hot water initially, but the property managers were very responsive and quickly resolved the issue (it remains resolved for the rest of our 10-day stay). Although it’s a lower-level location, there is lots of natural light. The location is great; close to several shops, restaurants and public transport, but still quiet. We would absolutely stay again.

We arranged an apartment rental with Ivy Lettings for a recent 5 day trip to London. The company representatives were extremely helpful with our questions and several changes when we were trying to find the best location to stay. They had multiple properties to offer us, and our selection was a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment at Nevern Place in Earl's Court. This was a fantastic location for us being very close to the tube station and not too far from Zone 1, which suited us perfectly. The apartment was very clean, quiet, spacious and well-outfitted, and there are many restaurants and grocery stores just down the street. All apartment information was very clearly communicated and it was easy to obtain the keys. The rental process was very professional. The three of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent there again. We very much appreciated Ivy Lettings accommodating our requests for early arrival, and late departure at the last minute. We were grateful for all of their assistance and highly recommend this company for apartment rentals in London.

Large flat, lower level. Clean, well appointed, and good beds. If you need to be near this location, I would definately recommend the place.

Great apt and very communicative owner. We were there during the summer and it was a bit warm at night with windows closed. Kitchen set up was great. All kinds of condiments, pans, etc. Laundry & bathrooms clean and stocked. Although very near shops and restaurants it was a very quiet street. I would definitely recommend this property!

My wife and I fully enjoyed our stay on Nevern Place and our interactions with Ivy Lettings. The check in process was smooth and easy. The apartment was set up exactly as shown in the pictures and was wonderfully warm and cozy. All appliances were in good working order, beds were comfortable, everything was sparkling clean and having multiple TVs was a nice plus. Two blocks to the tube and all of London was at our beck and call. At the end of the visit the security deposit was promptly returned. And in case of any issue (only needed towels and a change of linen) help was always just a phone call away. Would definitely use Ivy again.

Great flat and professional service! Ivy Lettings helped us select, book, and finally enjoy a lovely flat for our recent visit to London. The people at Ivy were truly professional and helpful at all times. After helping select our flat, they explained the booking process thoroughly, including all required deposits and payments. Once in London, their greeter arrived while we were unloading the luggage from our taxi, toured the flat with us, explained how all the appliances worked, and described what services were available nearby. During our stay we had one minor problem - a burned out light bulb in the hallway. I called Ivy and they had it replaced before we returned from our sightseeing that afternoon. When we returned home, our deposits were refunded promptly after the flat was checked. I can recommend Ivy without any complaints, and I look forward to working with them on our next visit!
