I really like the room the bed was really comfortable and I like the pillow every day I have slept really well.

We found the apartment exactly as advertised. The location was convenient, the accommodation clean and quiet and communication with the property manager very good. We would not hesitate to stay there again and recommend it to fiends staying in London.

The property was absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful short visit. Thank you for everything!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay for six nights at the flat. Lots of space for two people. Great location with several wonderful restaurants within walking distance and close to two tube stops. Also, excellent use of space in the flat. 

This is a lovely property on a quiet square in Bayswater, a convenient location in London, near good shopping and restaurants, close to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park and to major Tube lines. The flat is well equipped with WIFI and televisions, kitchen facilities, and a comfortable bed; the two balconies at the front and rear of the flat enhance the light and setting. Older guests should be aware that the short staircase to the bathroom and bedroom has no railing nor is there a stability bar in the shower

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the most adorable flat in Notting Hill. This charming residence is a delightful gem tucked away in an inviting and relaxed neighborhood just a stone's throw from the bustling main street with its plethora of restaurants, coffee shops, and great pubs. The open layout seamlessly connects the main room to a well-equipped kitchen, making it perfect for preparing meals and entertaining guests. The host was very accommodating and communication was seamless

We so enjoyed the flat- it is spacious, bright, well equipped and very comfortable- just as pictured. The building is lovely and the terrace was wonderful on a sunny morning for a warm cup of tea or coffee. It is right on the edge of Notting Hill so convenient to the vibrant streets, as well as to Kensington Garden and the tube. The staff at Ivy Lettings is also responsive, helpful and kind. We are repeat guests and will remain loyal guests! Thank you!

Excellent location; Clean! Beautiful and spacious living room. Nice to have those balconies. Two good quality bath towels per person. Would definitely return.

A light and airy flat with good work space, tv and wifi connections, in a neighborhood well served by restaurants, shops, and services. Very good communications with the property manager made for a pleasant stay.

This flat is fantastic! The Letting agency is so professional and everything was well taken care of. The flat itself is beautiful and in a fantastic location, the bedroom was extremely quiet and the backyard so pretty. The flat was clean, beautiful decor and everything was so nice and homely. I really want to rent the flat again!

This is an incredible home in an amazing location. It's very close to Hyde Park, as well as many restaurants and shops. It is also a very short walk to the nearest tube station. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the architectural details, modern amenities, spaciousness and location of this flat. The balconies are wonderful and we enjoyed them daily for morning coffee and tea. So many restaurants (try the Thai place!), and pubs nearby, notting hill is in walking distance along with multiple tube stops- really top notch location! 

The house is in a fabulous position and is lovely light and spacious. We had a few issues with the water pressure but management sort it out, thanks to the house notes

This was a perfect location, close to restaurants and shops and the tube. The neighborhood was calm and close to transport and walking distance to Kensington Palace. We loved our stay.

This place is great! The neighborhood is perfect and the apartment is close to anything you may need. Close to Bayswater and Queensway tube stations, and Hyde Park is a short walk away. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back.

GORGEOUS flat in an unbelievable location. Close to everything. Fully stocked with all you need to cook and make yourself at home. This is a pretty perfect rental experience!

Guy's Place is very attentive to details, from offering all necessary amenities to the pleasant decor. Very clean, and just minutes away from the subway, park, restaurants and local grocery store.

I can't speak more highly of Ivy Lettings. The staff was extremely professional and helpful from our first interaction to our last. Communication was excellent and check in was very easy. It is evident that they are committed to customer service. Our Bayswater flat was perfect for our family of three. The flat is very spacious, clean and beautiful, with tons of natural lighting. We enjoyed breakfast in our kitchen each morning and relaxing in the family room during the evening. The furniture (couches/chairs/beds) were extremely comfortable and linens, towels, etc. were lovely. We truly felt like it was a home away from home. We also loved the location of our Bayswater flat, which is in a nice residential neighbourhood with lots of shopping, restaurants and supermarkets. The flat is only a block away from the Bayswater metro stop which has access to two major metro lines. This was very convenient and provided easy transportation for sightseeing. The flat is also walking distance to Hyde Park and other lovely neighbourhoods. We could not have been more pleased with our flat and with Ivy Lettings.

The apartment was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and updated with a colorful view of a courtyard from the master suite. We would definitely stay there again. Ivy Lettings were great to work with on the stay!

The booking process was smooth. I was extremely lucky to arrange an early checkin and they were amazing to deal with regarding checkin and checkout. It is much more reliable than alternatives like AirBnb which I have used in the past, and a much nicer experience than a hotel

We were met by a representative of the agency right on time and she showed us through the apartment and how everything worked. The apartment is well established and has all that we wanted and more. Spacious rooms, great kitchen, wifi and cable tv. Apartment location in Bayswater is perfect, short walk to the restaurants, supermarkets and two separate London tube stations and bus stops. Also very short stroll to Hyde park and Kensington.

Such a wonderful experience in this spacious and perfectly located flat in London. Extremely clean and tidy and cosy. Lovely balcony in the front overlooking a private garden and a back balcony over looking a charming garden. Love this flat!

Fantastic apartment. Full of light. Beautifully decorated. Perfect NH location close to Westbourne but also 2 min away from the park. We stayed for a week and will definitely come back.

Each morning we enjoyed coffee and juice on the patio as the Londoners walked their children to school. At the end of our long, luxurious days exploring the city we would share a wine and retrace our day’s adventures on the beautiful patio. It was the perfect place to relax. The kitchen was very well stocked and the bed comfortable. We wanted for nothing.

Very nice old and charming flat within a very close proximity to Hyde Park. We really enjoyed the balconies for having morning coffee!
