Description

A large, beautiful home in a quiet gated mews by London’s most romantic and peaceful green space, Holland Park. A short walk to fashionable Notting Hill with its charming boutiques, this will be a home from home for those wishing to make the most of all that London has to offer.

LIVING & EATING
The spacious and comfortable reception area, complete with a fireplace, is perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining table is found in a conservatory dining room which is flooded with natural light. 

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The large master bedroom has a UK super king-size bed (6ft wide) with an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is charming, complete with a UK queen size bed. The third bedroom has a single bed, and the fourth is complete with a double futon (5ft wide) and a desk.

The family bathroom has a shower over bath, washbasin, and WC, and there is also a separate WC on the ground floor.

ACCESS & LAYOUT
This is a three-story home, with the living space and separate lavatory on the ground floor and bedrooms on the second and third floor. Parking can be provided - please enquire for more information. 

ON YOUR DOORSTEP
Westfield is a 6 min walk away with its vast array of restaurants, cinemas, and shops ranging from the designer to the everyday. Just a 7-minute walk from Holland Park tube station, this property is located within easy reach of a multitude of boutique coffee shops, grocery stores, ATMs, and excellent transport links into Central London and the West End with all its museums, theatres, and high-end shopping.  The transportation links to Gatwick and Heathrow are excellent.  Shepherds Bush overground at Westfield is on the national rail link with just one change to Gatwick airport and takes a mere 45 mins. The Heathrow Express takes 20 minutes from Paddington train station. At the end of the road is the tree-lined Holland Park Avenue. There you will find the best butcher in London, Lidgates, as well as bookshops, a famous upmarket grocery selling Champagnes and English cheeses and other delicious produce; the wonderful upmarket deli 'Speck', a Maison Blanc, Paul, Starbucks, and Giraffe. There is also a Tesco with an ATM.

Backing onto the famous leafy expanse of Holland Park, this property gives you central London living with the added bonus of plenty of outdoor space on your doorstep. Holland Park even has some resident cows; see if you can spot them while you’re in town!

Perhaps you will spend Saturday exploring the eclectic and bustling Portobello Road Market, a 15 minute walk away. Originally a lane leading to Portobello Farm, its sides now burst at the seams with antiques, vintage fashion stores and bakeries and boasts some of the world’s best-loved stalls. The Portobello Green Fashion Market runs Thursday through to Sunday. Or head to Golborne Road for tempting food produce in the week, and first-class bric-a-brac and second-hand items at the weekend.

Great house, charming location. We were a party of 2 adults, 4 grown up kids, sightseeing in London for a week. The house was well appointed, spotlessly clean, and close to tube stations including Latimer Rd, Holland Park and Shepherds Bush. Grocery stores nearby, a giant mall (the Westfield), and great dining out options. Walkable to Notting Hill and Kensington Gardens. We were in the house for the 40C/104F weather and the house remained very cool downstairs throughout. Fans thoughtfully provided for all bedrooms. Would highly recommend.

My family had a great experience with Ivy Lettings in securing an apartment for an extended stay in London. The staff were both knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My wife suffers from pet allergies and they took special care to ensure that our rental would not aggravate these in any way. The apartment was very nicely appointed and the location was fantastic. I will definitely deal with Ivy Lettings in the future.

It felt like a proper to home to us and it made a big difference knowing we were coming home to it. Ivy Lettings looked after us. We had to change our location in London at almost the last minute. This place worked out really well for us, our two adult children and their spouses. Great location for purchasing groceries and for transport. Very helpful and were flexible with check-in time to accommodate a tired couple! The place is adequately appointed for 6 adults and worked well for touring around London. The neighbourhood is quiet. We also jogged easily to Kensington Palace and back as well as being able to walk to the Albert Hall, and other places, and we are in our 60’s!
