Living & Eating
A large and light open plan kitchen and living area, with fresh wooden flooring await to welcome you. A well-equipped kitchen is furnished with all the necessary appliances for your every culinary desire; there is a comfortable sofa and armchair, next to the welcoming wooden table (seats six). A private balcony, with tremendous views of the cityscape, including the London Eye and the Shard, is the perfect place for morning coffee and metropolitan contemplation, or late night refreshment. All in all, this convivial space succeeds in uniting the beautiful and practical in seamless harmony. You can’t fail to feel entirely at your ease in this oasis of calm in the middle of the bustling city.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Two large and airy bedrooms, both with king sized beds (5ft wide) beckon you irresistibly in, light and comfortable, with storage space and wide windows –proof of this London holiday home's happy marriage of aesthetics and practicality. Two more guests can be accommodated on a comfortable  double sofa bed (4.5ft wide) in the living area. A well-fitted bathroom, decorated in a simple and clean palette of white, provides you with all the necessary; lavabo, bathroom cabinet, and power shower. This London vacation rental contains two WCs, as well as extensive storage space.

Access & Layout
This apartment is located on the 5th floor, and access is by stairs or elevator, according to your preference. This apartment is all one level.

On Your Doorstep
You might just have hit upon the most desirable postcode in London: just off the King’s Road, a short walk from the bustling Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green; within walking distance of all the fabulous boutiques and high street shops that line the King’s Road; an easy reach, either by foot or bicycle, from Sloane Square: this is the place to be. A constellation of the brightest and most glamorous bars and cafes are within a quarter of an hour of your door. Take a pleasant walk up the King’s Road, with its multitude and variety of high street shops and boutiques, eclectic bars and sophisticated restaurants, and you will happen upon the hallowed precincts of Sloane Square, and from thence you are a few minutes from Harrods. For those of a Thespian bent, the Royal Court theatre is just on Sloane Square, and on Saturdays at the nearby Duke of York Square, a gastronomically cosmopolitan food market will hold all foodies in its thrall. The Saatchi gallery, a few minutes away, will delight all art fans, and a short and picturesque walk will take you down onto Chelsea embankment and the Thames, to the foot of the iconic Albert Bridge.

We had a great Christmas here - we even could cook a proper Christmas dinner on the big day. Location wise, it seems a bit of a walk to a tube but actually isn't do bad. We liked being a little further out froth tourist hot spots and had a bit of peace and quiet on vacation. Did the typical sights, visited Winter Wonderland, but liked coming back our west to have a rest. Beds were comfy, had no issues with central heating if you follow the instructions int he book they give you. We will hopefully come again!

Lovely, bright apartment! This sunny, modern apartment was perfect for our family trip to London. It was spotless and bright when we arrived (met by a representative from Ivy Lettings who gave us a little tour and handed over the keys); the beds were comfortable, WIFI and a washer/dryer made us feel at home, and the location was wonderful. We were less than ten minutes from two different Underground stations, a block from the bus, a short walk from the river, and in a cute neighbourhood. The communication from Ivy Lettings was fabulous and I would definitely rent from them again if I return to London. I am so pleased I found this listing!
